The UPS Store

I wasn’t asked to complete this review, but it is needed. I have a total of 3 UPS stores within 15-minute radius of me, and this one is one of the 3. This one is the best. Their employees are consistently polite and they have little carts for when you have heavy or multiple packages. This location is also open seven days a week, which is even better. I go out of my way to go to this one over the one in South Holland, about 7 minutes from my house.

I was really pleased with the welcome I received from the associate when I came to your office. After receiving me with a smile and attention, she gave me a goodbye that was truly worthy of someone who really wants to see her client again. Thank you to her for this character trait that everyday America needs.

Trustworthy and respectful. Every time I walk into a UPS store the staff is very polite and courteous. And I have never had a damaged package whether receiving or shipping a package. I 100% recommend UPS to family and friends.

I just went there to return a couple items for Amazon and I am so glad I found one closer to us instead of going all the way to 45 near Indianapolis boulevard. She explained everything had great customer service and even helped me out. I'm always coming back to this UPS store for now on. 5 stars!!

This UPS Store is a gem. Great location, nicely stocked and friendly staff. This place is a win. Definitely looking forward to continue using this store for all my UPS related needs.

I was searching for the UPS store couldn't find it I looked for it on the GPS I found it that good thing was that I didn't have to wait long it was super fast and treated me very nice,thank you UPS.

I was in a rush to get to the airport and Chae was so professional and helpful. I was able to quickly pack and ship a box so that my luggage wasn’t overweight.

Best UPS store in the area! Facility is very clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and professional. I came in last minute right before closing to send a package before the new year, staff was very patient and helped me with everything I needed. I also found out that they provide on sight printing from my mobile device! Great and convenient! Definitely will be back.

CHAE is AWESOME! She is the best as what she does. She went above and beyond to help me send my package as next day air. She understood the importance of the package getting delivered on time and even helped place a few phone calls to confirm if where and when I was sending the package it would reach there at the promised time. She was helping me as if she was sending a package herself and that personal touch was just AMAZING and hard to find now a days.

Convenient location, accessibility friendly and professional staff.

Recently we moved from Munster to Florida. Before we left I took a box of papers to the UPS store at 609 Ridge Road in Munster IN and had them shred papers, not knowing a jar of old coins were in the bottom of the box. They found the jar and with great effort they pieced the strips of paper and figured out where I moved to in Fl. Returned my money. They are great people running a new business in Munster.

Every time I stop here, the same woman is working and she’s literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with, period. Weird building and parking lot, but worth it!

New, clean location with excellent customer service. Beth is amazing! I felt comfortable with leaving my Amazon returns with her. I would recommend location.

The employees were very welcoming, nice, and helpful! The only issue was the construction near by made it difficult to find.
