Kroger

I was buying hair dye for my daughter and a staff member noticed what I was getting and told me that the brand I was looking at was one of the more damaging ones for hair and pointed out something that would be a little healthier for her hair. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful with something I wouldn't have expected to find much help with so I would say that I was very pleased with my trip to Kroger this evening as usual. Kroger may be a big box store but the staff is very diverse and knowledgeable beyond my expectations.

This Kroger has everything. It's absolutely huge. Enormous variety of items, with good prices and many specials. Lots of local options and plenty of dine-in options. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I come to this store to do alot of my shopping because there are so many fresh fruits/veggies to buy

Review specifically for Kroger Pickup: the employees here are absolutely wonderful. They are quick, kind, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. We drive from the opposite side of town to use this Kroger every week. Highly reccommend!

Typically very well-stocked and clean, and with friendly, personable employees to boot!

They have a starbucks with a cute sitting area. Store itself is organized and clean

We moved 3.5 years ago and this is the Kroger that is closest to me now. I started the grocery pickup before we moved at another Kroger in town. I haven't been inside the large Kroger store near us since pre-covid and I'm very happy to pick up my groceries every week! The system works wonderfully and is safer for all involved with the low risk. I wish I could add things on a little closer to the pickup time. The system for ordering through the app and pick up have been nearly flawless! I was worried about someone else picking out my fresh produce but the only time that was an issue was when I tried delivery and a third party person was the shopper, not a Kroger employee.
The only frustrating thing more recently has been that many items are not available.

Great selection! Nice store. Has good produce, a huge deli, a decent international section, and large HBA area. Starbucks, sushi counter, and large liquor selection are a nice touch. Plenty of check-out lanes and self check-out.

It's by far the largest Kroger I have ever been to and they seem to have it all, but with thay said, keeping everything in stock is another thing. I blame the company and not the store so I still gave it 5 stars. Tons of checkout lanes but short on employees so checking out can take 1-5 minutes at a uscan and possibly take up to 20 min if you want an actual cashier.

Love the Made To Order Foods and the sushi is great and quick if you're hungry! The bistro gets nicer all the time! The chicken is good, salad bar is excellent and fresh, the individual gourmet pizzas are great and unlike anything around town, and the french fries are amazing! Staff is friendly. The liquor section is really nice, and they carry a nice variety. I enjoy just seeing what all the store has, there is always something to find. If you're looking to get in and out quickly, maybe go to one of the other Kroger stores in town that are smaller. We have four to choose from that all have different qualities!

Good place to shop. Has Ski Soft Drink.

It's an easy grocery stop from work. If it's a Kroger item to be found, I would find it here. The renovations makes this place a nice mega grocery store.

Jeff was great! He was very helpful and friendly. We love going to this kroger and the people there make it so worth it!

Been coming in for along time to cash checks and shop....Lisa is always keeping money service area and other areas around her flowing ,smooth and fast while being super courteous and polite. We need one of her at every store! Thank you for all your leadership and hard work!

I do the majority of my grocery shopping here. Kroger has everything you would expect a grocery store to have. They have numerous self checkout lanes, a deli, bakery, money center, and Starbucks. I enjoy the large selection of bread and excellent desserts. Aside from the food, this place also stocks: beauty supplies, cards, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and office supplies.

I want to thank the Pharmacist and the technician tonight. These two worked very hard to communicate with another pharmacy about my daughters medications and now we are finally leaving with her emergency meds.

One of the best Krogers I've shopped at. Large and modern with large selection. They usually have stock outages on Sunday afternoons and evenings so don't shop then. The pick up service is excellent; always ready on time

This Kroger is by far one of the best I have ever been to. If you can think to buy something, they probably have it. The square footage of this place is rivaled only by a warehouse or Sam's club. They have everything, and I mean everything. Everything from your drugs to vegetables to mugs and the like. Not sure what else I can say about it. They also always have a ton of registers open, if not 6 self checkouts at the two main entrances.

I haven't been in a Kroger in years, now that I live on the West Coast. We have Fred Meyer there, a subsidiary of Kroger. The Bloomington facility has many of the same attributes, however I must say that this store is amazing, the amount of fresh offerings, the specialty food sections, etc are amazing.. The sushi stand with sit down eating area is fantastic.
