Natalie was very kind and thoughtful. She made my experience very welcoming. This store is very convenient. Thank you ups for a satellite store like this one they are very needed. It's always fast and there is rarely a line. The ups store here has a lot of options to choose from. They have all your needs Whether that beatboxes or packing tape. Thank you again Natalie for the warm experience.

This place can get super busy, but they try really hard. Janet was awesome packing something for me. Mike deftly handled my fax the other day. The manager is also awesome. Want to complain? We all can, but I can say they put up with a lot and at least try to be nice to me.

Don’t let the line out the door fool you! I was in and out in about five minutes with my post-Christmas Amazon return completed. They make it so easy, and with three staff members they were processing people very quickly.

Never had a problem here. Employees are competent and try to be fast. A lot of people use this store for Amazon returns. The line can get long sometimes but they do their best. They will also give you a variety of options when shipping, even if the best option is not UPS. Fun fact - they will ship a suitcase for you! Also the printing rates are pretty cheap.

Mike was super helpful and knew how to troubleshoot. I went to FedEx before coming to you guys and the girl there couldn’t help me. She had no idea what to do

I've used this UPS Store location regularly over the last 5 yrs and have always been happy with the quality of service I've received and witnessed others to receive here. Today, I arrived 5 minutes before to send a pkg, and walked in to find a long line (like I've otherwise only seen during Christmas season, lol). There were only two staff members there to handle it all, and one of the agents was actually having to attend to multiple customers at a time, as a couple of them were returning several items to Amazon, but had not prepared their materials as Amazon requires. And, because a UPS driver was on the premises loading his truck with boxes from the store, one of the doors to the store remained open (for his coming and going)... And, customers who clearly experienced the other door locked, continued to enter through the open door, requiring one of the two agents (Kristy, the lovely agent whose patience and attention to multiple customers simultaneously prompted me to write and post this review today) to have to address them to alert them that the store had closed and to return tomorrow, noting the Sunday opening time. This was still occurring 10-15 minutes when I was leaving (I'd been the last to enter prior to actual closing time). Two or three of those late comers actually tried to give her push-back & to talk her into helping them anyway (:-/)...but fortunately, they actually did go ahead and leave without giving her too much more trouble. I just found it quite laudable that Kristy, in seemingly doing the lion's share of customer servicing was also able to hold it together peaceably and to provide quality, helpful service in such circumstances. If UPS offers any employee commendations programs or just recognition, I hope they'll see this review and recognize Kristy was her wonderful job performance to their customers.

Efficient, professional service, late pickups, knowledgeable staff. Long Christmas shipping line moved incredibly fast.

I greatly appreciate everything about this store -- staff, location, scope of services, etc. While there are often lines, these people know what they are doing and things move right along, they work hard!

Your service is good in general, but when I need to send something I always need to wait more than 15 min on the customer service.

I can't say enough positives about the helpful/friendly employees at this place. They have saved the day for me on more than one occasion. I know I can count on them every time.

UPS Store near College Mall, Bloomington, Indiana

My wife and I had a very nice experience on Feb 3, 2023.

There's been a delay in processing our tax refund. A polite IRS agent helped us over the phone. We went to the UPS store. The agent had asked us to fax proof of USPS postmark showing we had mailed on time.

There was a queue. Customers came, did their business, and left. They had a happy look.

Our turn came. Ms. Kristi Rayhill of the UPS Store faxed the document I had prepared with those postmarks. But the postmarks came out all dark. The agent said could not read the date. (I admit, my document was rather dark).

Kristi came to help. She went to the copier machine and made a lighter copy of the page we were faxing. Dark shades had disappeared, and the postmark showed more prominently. She even waived the one-page copy charge.

She faxed it again. This time the IRS agent could read the page. We were all set.

Thank you, Kristi, for going out of your way to help us.
(It's hard to get hold of a live IRS agent. It was late Friday afternoon - if it was not today, the processing would have been next week. Another call to the IRS. Another drive up to the UPS store. ... You saved all these hassles for us.)

This store is great! If the customers would be prepared when they bring their packages all would be great.

I have always had a good experience at this store. Amazon returns have been quick and easy. Today I returned an incumbent excercise bike and Johnathan was very helpful. He helped lift it out of the truck because of its weight and bulkiness. He had a positive attitude even though they were busy.

Everyone working at the store was fast, efficient, and had a great attitude. Whatever problems this store has had in the past year were not present during my visit. I highly recommend this location for amazon returns, printing, or anything else they offer!

I had a shipping issue with the delivery to an access point. They called and got it straightened out with in 15 minutes.

We had a great experience at the UPS Store. There was almost no wait time. 2 lines were open and the customers were waited on quickly. The person who helped us (Shanise) was very friendly. She also made sure we understood everything since we did a pack and ship.

I had a full set of dishes packaged and sent that were my grandmother's. The lady that helped me in the store was warm and very helpful. Customer service was something that was understood in this store.

I explained the importance that the dishes arrive at their destination undamaged. She detailed the packing process to me and assured me she would do everything necessary to ensure they were packaged in a way that they would arrive safe.

I gave them the box of dishes, which they split into two boxes. They wrapped each dish in a layer of bubble wrap and even added foam peanuts to the dishes that had handles for extra cushioning. The dishes were previously packaged in a thin layer of foam wrapping - which the UPS store kept them wrapped in. The dishes were then placed in a layer of foam peanuts and boxed up.

They did an excellent job taking care of a family heirloom. I most certainly would use them again. The price was reasonable for a full set of dishes - around $85.00.

My customer experience awesome. Namely thanks to AJ. As soon as I walked in he asked "Can I help you with anything?" I told him I needed to return a book rental and was looking for a box, and within seconds he suggested a bubble package, which was definitely a more practical option. He then asked for the book...I gave it to him with the corresponding labels I printed beforehand and he took care of the rest...and within two minutes I was out of the door with the tracking number and receipt. Overall, the experience was quick, friendly and effective (as I accomplished when I intended to). Much thanks to AJ!

I usually dont write reviews, but i was looking for the stores new address and saw this stores overall review around a 3 and that does not give them justice. I come to this store almost daily, if not multiple times a day, and Amy and her staff are exceptional at what they do and how they help. 5 STARS all the way, take it from someone that does business there multiple times a day.

Very pleased with my visit. I didn't have all my returns right and the gentleman that helped me was very patient and helpful. Thank you for that!!
