The customer service at this UPS store is awesome! I come here at least once a week. They greet you when you walk in. Their services are immediate and fast. There is never any wait time, and the service reps are always friendly, professional and kind.

This store is wonderful. I use their services regularly. Not being very hi-tech I often have needed help. Riya, one of the employees, has been incredibly helpful. She is professional,
very patient, and always smiling. She is the kind of person I would want representing my
business!

The service at this location is amazing! I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. They process your returns quickly and efficiently and always with great customer service attitude. This is my go-to for any kind of shipping, all the time!

I usually hate shipping stuff out it is tedious and annoying to deal with. However this experience was the best experience I’ve had and it was the best service. Best UPS location in the valley! The staff goes above and beyond with everything they do. Efficiency and superb customer service is just the tip of the iceberg. The staff is great at keeping people moving in and out of the store and meeting all the unique accommodations each customer has. As a person who drops off 15 plus packages a week there’s no other place I’d want to go!!!

This UPS store provided excellent customer service. I had to arrange to send a valuable item from Modesto to Honolulu. I wasn't able to oversee the sending myself, and was completely reliant upon the good staff at this UPS store to take care it for me. They neatly wrapped the fragile item and packaged and sent it out for me and it arrived in less than 4 days. I am very thankful they were able to take care of my valuable, which is now safely home where it belongs. Thank you so much, UPS store!!!

Thank goodness for the owners/ operators of this UPS location. I had an essential letter that I needed to mail. I was able to get it notarized and mailed off. But when I checked for an update, I saw it was damaged and discarded(not by the store but by the handler at the UPS distribution center). I called to let the owner/ operator know what happened; he told me to come back, and they’ll handle everything, which he and his wife did, and the letter was delivered successfully. Thank you so much. You have earned a forever customer!

This UPS store deserves a 5 out of 5 Stars. Best customer service. Very convenient. It is really nice to know that my packages will always arrive there and be kept safely. Before, having a PO BOX I was always worried about my packages being stolen or getting rained on. Now I don’t have to. It really is a peace of mind to not have to worry about such a thing.

Best UPS store so far. They are quick. Always have a lot of workers so even if there is a long line you don’t have to wait long. The manager is always very helpful. I come here at least once a week and everyone always treats me good. I will never stop coming here.

Love them! Very friendly staff and fast service. I always come here to return Amazon packages because they reuse the bags/boxes/envelopes. Good for the environment.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Owner/Manager is always there working hard and ready to help. I appreciate the later opening time since my business drops of shipments at the end of day.
