The Review that's says Sophya Charles is also mine but just left a negative review at Conover location under this account so thought I would come here to leave a positive under the same account. As stated Cody really made my day, I am up right now working on my truck and just genuinely appreciate his customer service. My frustration with advance had gotten so bad I wanted to never do business with them again. But I had always come to this location but had booked and made the mistake of continually going to the Conover one. Well yesterday I was like let me go back to the one I loved for years. Well guess what I STILL LOVE THEM!! I don't have time to waste I run a business and am very busy ...Cody just made things as they should be. Really appreciate him so much. Have a blessed day Cody!!

Great customer service! Went in for having battery troubles. They helped me look up information for my battery that was purchased out of state to solve my problem. Almost the whole team was patient in helping me get back on my way.

I went to get my battery checked. It just took a minute, very friendly staff. The man said my battery was fine. It was fully charged. He said my battery cables might be the problem, and sure enough that was it. While I was there I bought some antifreeze and some stuff to spray on my windshield to take the ice off in the mornings. I would recommend it to anybody.

Amazing staff. Excellent condition and customer service. Had exactly what I was needing. And the staff was able help my husband get a wonderful deal on oil and the kit so we didn't have to give a arm and leg to someone else. He could do it himself. Thank you guys! It's been some time back, I was looking for a light bar for my truck and figured if there was a quality piece of electrical equipment that I can install myself on my truck... well there's no doubt I'll find it here.
I looked around at the selection on hand for probably fifteen minutes or so until finally the young man behind the counter got all the paying customers taken care of and noticed that I didn't really know what I was looking for so he decided to walk out on the floor and give me some guidance.
He asked if he could help me find something and I explained what type of truck I have and what I was going to be using it for and the kid turned out to be quite knowledgeable about the subject of off-road lighting and recommended a super nice looking unit that I would loved to have purchased..... but I told him that although I like it and it's exactly what I'm looking for, it's priced a bit out of range of my allowance and I pointed at another one that wasn't bad but much less expensive.
The young man leaned in my direction and told me in a soft voice that if I would be content with the lesser light for the price.... Walmart has the exact same one for about ten dollars less than you can get it here , he said.
What an admirable thing for this kid to do, I thought to myself, ...
I went ahead and threw in another thirty bucks for the top shelf light bar that he suggested initially just to show my gratitude for being straight up with me....my wife will understand once I explain why it was the right thing to do.
I'm still not sure who got the best deal that day but....

Lee and Ellis are the BEST in the parts business.

Check engine light came on. I knew where this advance was located. So, I stopped by and they checked my car out super fast! I found out it was nothing major and was able to drive my car home. I didn't purchase anything just because I don't have the ability to repair my own car. But, for those of you able to work on your own car, they are fast, knowledgeable, and seem to be eager to help you out :)

I live closer to the Advance in Granite Falls but choose this store because of the management and staff which is top notch, wish I could say the same about the Granite store. The LR Blvd store is also always clean and the parts are always stocked.

My favorite place to get car parts! They always have what I need and If they don't, they can get it in a towel manner. Employees are super helpful!

Took a friend there with a dead battery,very helpful and they replaced the battery right on the spot. Very ffriendly. That's customer service!
