AT&T Store

I've never had such a great experience in a cell phone store ever until I worked with both Brenda and Ken at this location. We were dreading going into the store after all of the run around we received over the phone in just trying to send back our old cell phones for the trade-in program. Brenda was absolutely amazing and provided such great customer service. She could not have made the process any easier and fun at the same time. She and Ken were very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. Both of these employees went above and beyond for us. They made us feel confident in our decision to move entirely to AT&T and for me, everything in Apple. This location will be our home base moving forward.

I can't remember the ladies name that helped me when I came in for protein powder. She was really short compared to my 5'9 with glasses and so cute. She helped me make an informed decision on a few products!

After being on the phone for almost 3 hrs trying to figure out my esim card situation. I went to this AT&T store and in less than 5 minutes Luis figure out the problem and fixed my phone so quick. He even helped me with my iCloud back up that I had issues restoring. he was quick, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service, thank you!

I needed a new wireless carrier. I’d done T-mobile and Verizon. I have to say, this store kicked their behinds in good old fashioned everything. Right across the board, bam! And they did it subtly too, not a lot of hoopla. 40 minutes of skill, knowledge, service, and I was on my way. Nothing left hanging, everything was working, nobody misled me or tried to tell me my 6 month old phone wasn’t 5G. A visit smooth as Sunday gravy. Go ahead, go somewhere else. But I don’t want to hear you complaining.

Joseph helped me as a new customer coming back to AT&T. It only took 25 minutes to set up my new phone. Joseph’s exceptional customer service and helpfulness made me offer him a tip but he kindly declined. Joseph is Fantastic assisting and talking to the public and I can foresee a very positive future for him.
As well, Jasmine assisted me with trading in my old phone the next day and made it very easy to get it done and be sure when I left the account was set up just as I wanted. I’m not sure whom hires these rarely found customer service experts, but well done & Brilliant!

Joseph was simply amazing. I didn’t know what to expect leaving T-Mobile for AT&T but Joseph made the experience effortless and amazing please make him a manager ASAP I really like that guy. I offered to buy him some wingstop he was so amazing and politely declined. All he asked was I come say hi to him every now and again.

I went there to switch my wireless service to AT&T and had a new cell phone with me. Sarmad helped me with the enrollment and transferring info from the old phone to the new one. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely return to this store for any AT&T related issues.

My experience was time efficient, easy, and went along smoothly thanks to one of your store employees named Michael.

He was very straightforward with his service — informative, clear, and he had a genuine consideration to make our visit pleasant. I appreciated that very much.

Not crowded when I arrived. Needed some help with my cellphone not working correctly.
I was immediately greeted by a staff person named Jasmine and she was friendly and courteous .
She asked me how she could help.
I explained my problem and she removed my SIM card and restarted my phone.
It worked and I was very satisfied.
I will go back to the store if I need to upgrade my phone or tablet.

Had great experience with Annabelle and Hervee when purchasing my new phone at your Pinole, Ca store. They were excellent. I tapped wrong number to first question when taking your survey. I meant to check EXCELLENT service. It was misleading being the first question was negative

Joseph was by far one of the absolute BEST customer service agents that I have encountered in a LONG TIME!! He treated me and my mom with the utmost respect. He had a very positive attitude. Thank you!

My husband and I went in the other day to find out if switching to AT&T from our former sprint account was a good idea. We had the pleasure of having Erik help us out, he went above and beyond for us! Erik was very clear on each plan, how the insurance works, and even helped me set up my at&t app on my phone. After, he applied the screen protectors with patience & care. We both walked out with new iPhone 8’s and were convinced that leaving sprint was the best choice. I came into the store because my Samsung galaxy s5 will not for the life me turn on. The screen was completely black but I can still feel my phone vibrate and when I put it to charge the light will still turn on. I was just going to get an upgrade. But after explaining my situation the rep found a way to fix my phone rather than to sell me a new one. Not only that but offered me a new Mobile share Advantage plan that's saved me about $45 dollars a month.

I'm glad to know that there are still reps out there that are not just there to sell but to help you satisfy all your needs.

This is the first time I did not have wait over and hour to get service on something so simple.

I highly recommend this store for all AT&T services. Great associates, clean store and not that long of a wait. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a superb visit at the pinole Att store!! Carlos Att rep who waited on me was fantastic. He answered all my questions made feel very relaxed explained everything about my purchase I could want for nothing. Great Store!!!!!

Address all my son's concerns fast and as promised. Even address my assurance warranty issue. Again gratitude keep doing what you're doing.

Instead of ordering what I needed online, I went to the Att store instead.

Great customer service. Options well explained for plans and phones. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase I was uncomfortable with. I talked with Ash (sp) and he was excellent and personable.

This store hands down is the BEST att store ive been too! David the manager was quick and effective in solving my problem.

I had the opportunity to speak to Ashneil today at this att location at Pinole ridge and I must say I couldn't be more satisfied. I did not end up making a purchase due to my indecisiveness but Ashneil took the time to answer all my questions and gave me great advice on my plans and options for upgrading. Even though he knew I wasn't going to make any purchases today as I was upfront with him, he still took the care and detail into making sure I was a satisfied customer and I think that's very important and rare in customer service in today's age. Thank you for all your help Ashneil and for anyone who needs help, please see him and he will take care if you!!
