Why the low stars this place was great! Should be called five gals as all them workers we’re ladies and just sounded like they love what they do giggling and messing around but getting the job done, that’s exactly how it should be.

We ordered the little cheeseburgers and small fries and a drink. Wouldn’t say it was that little, good size. Had everything on the cheeseburger except mushrooms. It was delicious lots of bold flavor, jalapeño and cheese hit the spot everything works well. They gave us a whole bag of fries, way more than the small size, I’m so upset about that.. those fries are good nice and crispy. They should have homemade ranch tho, that would just hit the spot. Lots of seating and good drink options. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Probably last time I was at five guys was more than five years ago, and this experience was much better. It reminds me of in and out but dare I say better. Premium burger more pricy but worth it for sure.

Burgers Better Than In n Out. Dont belive me? Try them. Ask for all the addons you want. Mushrooms? Yes, free. Onions? Yes, how ever you like them. Jalapeños? Yup! Pickles, lettuce, bbq sauce, mayo, mustard, you get the point? I promise you'll like it.

My fav fast food burger spot! Always call and order ahead so I don't have to wait too long.

Just remember it’s a burger place. But, it’s good and the fries are awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is tops!

Not the greatest burger. But it's always consistent. And unlimited toppings can't beat that!

Ultimately the best burgers and fries money can buy!!! I even ordered a chocolate malt😉 How can you not order a shake of some kind to go with your experience?! And, omgoodness!!! The free peanuts! Lightly salted and roasted to perfection. What a delight

Good food and good service as always. In fact, the order taker, who I've seen many times before, is the type of person this restaurant should highlight. Hard worker, friendly, and always has a smile, even when picking up garbage. She is the type of employee I like to see when going out.
The down side, they often play music very loud. And even worse, music I don't care to listen to.

First time trying 5 Guys. It was delicious. The staff was kind and courteous.

Peanuts free milkshake hella good

They finally have milkshakes and Malts here! I used to have to travel to Walnut Creek to get the Five Guys milkshakes. The Salt Caramel is so good. Can't go wrong with custom burgers, yeah you pay more but it's so succulent.

Nice to have Five Guys just minutes away from home. Whenever I want a good, juicy burger, I'm there. It's located at the busy Pinole Shopping Center, but parking is usually not a problem on most days.

It was a great cheeseburger. My kids and I love it. It is a delicious. They make a great french fries. They made a good smoothie like that.

Came here with my wife and son. Our three burgers, albeit all different, were cooked to order! We've come to this Five Guys since they opened, and cannot think of anything bad to type. Music was better when they played 70's hits.

You know how other places skimp on their fries well five guys is not. Plenty of good cajun fries. I have came in when it was packed, so there was a little wait time. The staff is friendly and you can see them cooking. The place looks clean. When I can splurge I definitely come here.

Best fries I've had in a long my time. I used to be a manager at a five guys so I have learned to be very particular about my fries and these were absolutely perfect: crispy outside, mashed potato inside, not too salty.

Best burger I've had in Northern California. This rating is strictly for the food. The location is terrible, the staff were decent enough but we're fairly bored at the time I went in. The atmosphere and aesthetic were nothing to brag about, by any means, but the taste and cook of the meat,the preparation of the burger overall, and the speed of service were phenomenal. As for the Fries... I always ask for salt, always use side packets as well... These fries were unsalted and required none at all for the flavor of the fries was a solid Five, as well.

Five Guys has it plastered all over their walls: Five Guys is the best burger in town!!! Not only is the burger a grilled treasure of fast food, but the Cajun fries are to die for! I love how no matter what size fries you order, you always get extra! A regular fry is enough for two people! I top my meal off with a Vanilla Coke from their self serve tap, the smoothest drink for an all-toppings (for free!) burger and extra crispy Cajun fries. Big love to Five Guys!

The food is amazingly great. The burgers and fries are excellent. I can tell the fries are made with pride, one of the best fries I have ever had. Service is good. One of my favorite places to get a burger now. I hope this Five Guys stays and continues it's excellent service forever.
