Jack in the Box

I ordered an extremely complex order for all the dancers in our dance company that were competing down the street. The drive through operator double checked my order by reading it back. Asked questions. Did an awesome job. Then I got to the window and he had already packed my half dozen shakes into drink carriers and quickly accepted my payment and started handing me drinks and bags. He got everything right. The team prepared and packed my food flawlessly. Great work. Our Jack in the box restaurants are always good but today they stood out. Thank you!

I used to think that Jack in the Box was expensive, the crescent deal was great.

I wasn't fond of the new breakfast bagels though.

This is a good place to get some food late at night on interstate 80.

Was very good. Customer service while taking order was perfect and same at the window, polite, accurate and quickly.

Stop in the air couple times a month on my way Out of town fasten, easy, easy off rap, easy on-ramp. If you're on a road trip, try it.

Great customer service! This time when I was paying at the drive-thru window for some reason my payment card wouldn't work, how embarrassing! and the lady(maybe management) was so kind as to give me my meal(a burger), this is my first time something like this happened to me at this location and the way she handled it was just amazing, she even did this with a smile. I'm truly grateful for what she did, I was really hungry and hadn't had lunch that day.

Pretty straight forward fast food, not too much wait yet good service

The service is always good and the food is always fresh. You dont have to worry about them getting your food correctly.

I'm not a real big fan of Jack's beef Patty's. But let me tell you how great the cook is in the AM hours for sourdough sandwiches.

The bread was done to perfection. It's someone who really understands the art balance of texture and flavor for a grilled cheese on sourdough. It was perfectly crunchy, beautiful coloring and had a hint of butteyr flavor.

I have had many sourdough sandwiches over the years at Jack's in the Box and this by far has been the best. Thank you Jack in the Box for perfecting that cooks art.

Went thru drive through and the lady working the graveyard window had my friend and i just CRYING laughing. It was the funniest drive-thru experience for sure. A sign in the window said "Late-night employees do not have the combo to the time-locked safe." When she asked if we needed anything else and I said "hey, yeah, one more thing... do you have the combo to the safe?" her face was sooooo shocked-then-KNOWING, and we all laughed, and she was such a good sport about it and totally laughed at herself and it was fast after that food was done, and delicious. Ate my Double Jumbo Jack one-handed driving toward Oakland, didn't even make it to Pinole 'fore that thing was a piece of paper and some greasy mustard stains in my one hand. Five stars, all round.

This one prepares the food much nicer than the Hercules one. The workers are all pretty friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here since 1994.

I was there on 5/13 around 8 pm. I ordered and when I gave my money for my order I gave $5 to much. !
The young an gave me my order and told me I gave him to much money. What a honest employee.

Always love going to one of these places. I love the fact that they have breakfast food all day long. The one item I still miss is their taco salad. They have a great overall selection.

This visit was great! They had the special going for the two touchdowns for the 49ers by a large drink get a free Jumbo Jack. Even after our order was given when we got to the window they still accommodated us and allowed us to get the burger with the large drink which we had previously ordered! What service!

The guy who unloads the deliveries is Muy Caliente!

When I went to Jack in the Box it was great the food was great I like the way they butter their toast was nice and juicy and I enjoyed the flavor I had the ultimate breakfast sandwich and I had the loaded breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee it was great I enjoyed it very much

We have jack in the box in hercules too but that is horrible in everyway. So we start going pinole jack in the box. Service ,food, timing all r in spot. Never knew chicken burger can be that fresh.

Enjoyed a good sit down with my brother's broom & hunter, enjoyed 🐟 Fish meals sit down, inside well clean a nice atmosphere and CS team. Support: read special orders "Correct", ensure good hot temp on food. @Pinole, Ca. Jack in the box. I would go visit again.

For being such an old Jack in the Box looking through the drive-thru window it seemed very clean the customer service was great the food was hot and fresh and the coffee was hot strong and delicious

Superb. Saw a big line at the drive thru, but once again as before this crew you have Jack go thru with alacrity and accuracy.

Love the drive-thru the service here, came here early morning before 6am and staff is energetic and nice, made my entire day great 👍
