Makes great coffee and puts that twin tailed Siren to shame ☕and the Yosemite Dogs Sierras very good ☕☕☕☕☕

This is by far my favorite Pete's location in the East Bay. I usually stop by early mornings on the weekdays and the morning shift crew are spot on. They always get your order right while working efficiently and greeting you with a smile!
The regular patrons love this place as well! The employees know their orders by heart.

My espresso was *excellent.* I wish all coffee shops pulled a shot that well!

Great place to study although it does get chilly but thats better than being out in the summer heat!

The black tie is always consistent and great! Awesome staff with lots of seating in and out.

The staff always seems genuinely friendly. I tried their new dark chocolate orange mocha and it is sooooo good!

Got some whole beans...BIG BANG. Haven't had yet. With that I got a free medium roast...don't know what type 😞... with a splash of cream, to cool.

Order through the APP and just stop by and drink is ready. Once there was a glitch in the APP and made it up to me with a free beverage. Staff are always cheerful and friendly. If you don't order thru the App it can be time consuming, depending on the hour

Update: I went to purchase 2 iced coffees this morning and I was totally dissatisfied with the service. I requested two of the same and when I drove up to the window, I did get 2 but one was what I wanted and the other wasn't. When I spoke up, the cashier took it back and the person making the order supposedly made us what we ordered. It was wrong again and I got upset and just drove off with both coffees. So, I am posting this update to let you know that this totally makes me think twice about going to your Hercules location. I usually go 4 times a week but will probably go back to the Pinole location since I seem to get my orders correct there.

One of the better Peet's stores. Drinks are always well made and service is fast and friendly. The condiment area is even clean and well stocked most of the time and that's not always the case at other Peet's outlets.

Peets coffee is generally good and whole cream is available, if something made is not good tell them for another feedback improves. Don't be afraid. This is one peets that feels like community gathers, sits and takes time to talk to one another, what a concept.

Oooo doggie, the cold brew with almond milk is so delicious and smooth! Throw an ish load of cinnamon powder and it's a good non sugar drink.

Peet's in general has a nicely designed interior. This location is no different. They have good seating and a long bench seating. Friendly staff.

I love that you can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans by the pound, half pound, quarter pound. it's great for sampling different roasts to find your personal favorite

Quick excellent service with impressive consistency on the drinks I always get a mocha or a tuxedo mocha when I come here and they always make it the same no matter which barista makes it, the only problem they close too early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets aim for closing @ 9pm this year Pete's..

Hands up or down; Peet's has the best tasting cup of Joe I've ever tasted in the USA. HOT, STRONG AND DELICIOUS 😋!!!
