This place is awesome! They have excellent prices on all of their products, saving me, at least, $13 on the same products I was purchasing at another facility that sells the same thing! Staff was very friendly, and I would highly recommend them!

Emerald gave the best service today! I was sure about some of the items I was going to get but needed some additional help with some suggestions on a couple new things I wanted to try. She was patient, happy, and overall an immense pleasure to work with. The entire staff was very welcoming and further solidified why I think this is the best dispensary to come to in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, prices are unbeatable, especially in the area. I can always find a deal and also explore a wide variety of options. I love that I can shop on line and have my order ready for pick up. I've been frequenting for a couple years now and they are consistently my favorite dispensary in the bay.

"Beware" Great staff, well most to me. But customers will hold up other customers time by asking non related purchase cannabis questions. Like if its a school or study hall smh. Please all customers do yo research on the bud before entering the shop. Best deals in the area usually.

I came here once and didn't have a bad experience.

It seems to have high traffic so I already knew what I was going to purchase and leave so the experience was really solid.

Just make sure to not expect a high end experience. There are no seats or a menu to read beforehand. U go in, make a line, get out.

Cool club decent prices. Always got the 🔥 prerolls. Brandy is my favorite bud tender. She's knowledgeable and helpful.*********So I go in yesterday to find out one of my favorite male butenders got fired for giving out "Customer loyalty discounts" I kind of felt away while I understand this is a business however if you have loyal customers like myself who normally would spend between $700 and $800 a month what's wrong with giving a discount to your loyal customers? Truthfully two reasons why I drive 25 to 30 minutes out there is I know I'm going to get good customer service and shown a little love for the amount of money I'm spending. I'm not saying his name but he was a good kid.

She made my experience better than usual she was so attentive you have such a great employee working for you guys she’s wonderful and super nice !

One of my favorite Bay Area dispensaries. The owner, Rebecca is outwardly kind and concerned about providing a safe place for her clients. She makes genuine efforts to protect her low prices and find good deals for her patients. The decor is always stylish and clean. And for the most part the staff is very informed and helpful. I love spinning the wheel between 4:20 and 5:20! Free gift if you spend $100 or more! And they have a frequent buyer stamp card!

I witnessed an employee by the name of Alan helping a disabled guy in a wheelchair ensuring his money was put away and everything was ok for him; it touched my heart seeing him being helpful and going out of his way, the non discrimination was real 😊 not to mention the best prices you gone get for miles

Great staff. Line can be longer in the evening when everyone’s getting off of work. A lot of carts and demos with deals all the time. And product for every budget. Some people say they have problems with carts, but anytime I’ve had an issue and brought it up with staff they’ve helped me out or let me exchange the one one time I did get defective product , but I’m not bringing back half smoked cartridges either. Just wish the parking situation was better

I came in to get an 8th one day and was helped by a gentleman named Conrad. He had outstanding customer service and was very helpful and so knowledgeable on the products. I don't usually leave reviews on places unless I got a great experience. I will for sure tell people I know about this place.

They have a great selection wheather youre looking for quality or quantity. If youre trying to choose between green remedy, m.e.d.s, or hhc , hhc is def the place to go.
