Long-time shopper best prices best quality best selection & tonight I add best people. In particular Ed Martinez, my cashier. Professional, personable, caring & another asset to overall quality that is Trader Joe's. Thank you to all Hillcrest store employees. All of you genuinely care for customers ❤ as real as your smiles are. THANK YOU ALL!

Always the best experience at Trader Joe's. Love the flowers. Buy a new one weekly. Their seasonal items are a hit!!! Coconut water, almond butter cups , organic carrot juice, and veggie chicken dumplings. Love it all. Come weekly and I'll try everything at least once. Service is also the best and their restrooms always clean

The crew at this Trader joes are awesome. The captain Susan is always helpful and friendly, even when called the wrong name. They know me by name when I do my shopping there. The Mate Brian is funny and also so good looking like zoolander meets the Zohan.

TJ is my place to shop. Large selection of wholesome and healthy foods. Friendly atmosphere, clean, and less pricey compared to Whole Foods. Liberty Station Trader Joe's is my neighborhood store. The Hillcrest store is also a good place to shop. There you have a village-like scene with Coffee shops, restaurants and other stores in a living, walk to shop that is unique to Hillcrest.

Great staff, great parking, Ralph's next door if you need something from a conventional store. Love it.

I highly recommend this grocery store! Everything is amazing, fruits and vegetables rich in flavor! Their meat is amazing! They gave their own brand which is great too! Specially their olive oil!

A personal go to when I’m in the US ! Surprisingly I find the pricing pretty decent. The salads are around 5.99 with protein and good portions sizing. They have a lot of cool products that fit different diet!

The big ten in product and customer service.All the staff seems to love working there. Your like family when you go in there. It's like the show cheers. Everyone knows you name.

I love this place, everything is sooo healthy, it's very organized and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

All the usual great goodies. Parking can be tough. Use the underground lot or go in the evening. Located next to Ralph’s for a double dip of shopping.

I don't have to review Trader Joe's. Everybody knows what it's all about. I will say that the Hillcrest location was mobbed! They have some of the cheapest dairy prices in town. I got everything I needed to make dinner that night.

5 stars for TJs.

RN - This line moves quickly even though it's long! It's such a nice experience not having to deal with crowds when shopping. All in all I waited 10 minutes and it was deep. I got to get what I needed and there was no wait to checkout. I had a super friendly team member finish my trip out for me. Much preferred over MV - longer wait times in line and again in store to check out.

Trader Joe's staff is super friendly, accommodating and always enjoy their job. Reminds us of what Whole Foods used to be 5 years ago.

Very clean and tidy. There was a person outside helping customers with sanitizer spray. Store is pretty small but well organized.

visited this store while vacationing in San Diego. No complaints.

My favorite grocery store! when I lived in New York, I liked whole foods. But in San Diego I fell in love with it trader Joe's. Here I buy different products, mainly sauces, dried fruits, fish, vegetables, fruits and every time I take one postcard for 99 cents) Even here it's very beautiful! the atmosphere of the south is felt. Palm trees, Spanish buildings. By the way, forgot to say that here is cheap, much cheaper than in New York. but also cheaper than in the local whole foods.

I like this location and the selection here. There are a lot of other shops in the immediate vicinity including a Ralph's if this TJ's is missing something.
