I went to help out my mom and they had good service but sell mostly low end samsung phones

Donatella & Brianna from the S. Virginia location went above & beyond to help me after a long frustrating process with my phone getting shut off!! I’ve been “helped” in the past by associates who left me without answers & have been on hold for customer service for hours at a time..I was truly on the verge of cancelling services with Cricket all together.
But after experiencing their empathy & genuine desire to provide a solution for me, I’ve never felt more taken care of in my 5 years on service.

This is the best store in Reno, with the best team of professionals, They speak English & Spanish, and I will always return here when I have questions and want upgrades. They should train the other stores! Parking is great too!

The girl that I dealt with was extremely amazing she was a new employee there she was patient she was understanding she answered all of my questions. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this location for anyone needing an upgrade or a new phone in the future

Omgosh!! I just switched from Tmobile to Cricket a few days ago. Paying $70 for one line when now i pay just $35 for one line with autopay.. unlimited talk and text and 5gb of data which i will never use!! Hello??!! Great freaking customer service with Ariana at the S virginia and moana location. I was in and out of there a satisfied customer in under 25min.. she even helped set up my app. Amazing amazing amazing!!

Great service, fast and reasonable..lots of options...they were able to retain my phone, swap sims, then i was out the door..
