AT&T Store

Jesse helped us upgrade my mother in laws phone with ease, so we decided to upgrade our phones too! Very good experience, the best we’ve had!

The experience at this location was exceptional. Rob took the time to make sure all our concerns were resolved. He was able to save us more money than expected on our bill. Which made for an easy decision. He made the switch from our old carrier seemless and got us a great deal. Definitely go in and ask for him.

Johnny carnahan helped me get a new phone not too long ago and made it the easiest process I could’ve had. Helped me find the best route of gb and the best type of phone. Really knew his stuff and helped my little brother also. Great guy and great with customer service

Came in to have my grandpas phone switched over to a newer model. We met with Seth and it was a super simple process! Seth was so patient and answered all of our questions. He showed my grandpa how to use the new phone and even cleaned out the dust on it. Seth was so knowledgeable and personable!

As an old man, often when I go into places such as a phone store, workers are out to scam me, and I’m never too sure what to believe from these people, but with this AT&T and especially Johnny, I can always count on them to be honest and never try to screw me over just for a little commission. I’ll be coming to this store any time I have a problem.

I went in an had some troubles with settings and subscriptions and Johnny was perfect help. He made sure everything was fixed and showed me how to do it if I had any more troubles. I greatly appreciated his help!

I was able to get a fantastic new Samsung phone from Joey. I left Verizon (who I had been with for 20 years) and was shown how much better life is with AT&T. It is very obvious that she cares about her customers wants needs and desires. My new Samsung S23 Ultra was cheaper and works better then Verizon without the headache of dealing with Verizon. If you are thinking about switching, do it NOW. You can thank me later. Make sure to see Joey, she will make your experience a great one!

Rob and Kimber were super helpful. I was worried about getting my upgrades all done and they knew exactly what to do and were so friendly. I highly recommend this store and work with Rob and Kimber. Very knowledgeable.

We had an exceptional experience here!! Seth (there are two people named Seth who work there, the Seth we worked with wore a stocking cap and blue hoodie) was outstanding. Easy to talk to, very efficient, gave us all the important info we needed to know. Got our new phones and new plans set up seamlessly. HIGHLY recommend this store, as all the other employees there that morning (Sat 2/25 at 9 am) were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Bought a dope new phone and case! Jolyn helped me pick out the perfect ones and she made the whole experience fun. Love these guys!

Kyle Hopta was the person who helped me. He was so patient because I am not tech savvy. I spent several hours last night with a different person and issue was not resolved. Kyle fixed my issues in minutes. Please let him know how much I appreciate his customer service. All employees to strive to me like him. You have a wonderful employee.

Do not waste your time getting the runaround at Best Buy or anywhere else! Wishing I went straight here for a new phone because this team is informative, straightforward, and efficient - oh yeah, and good at customer service! This store made a positive impact, not only on my day, but on my (historical) perception of AT&T storefronts!
