Red Wing - Fort Smith, AR

Can't say enough great things about Eric at the Fort Smith Red Wing store. A couple if different visits, a lot of patience and taking the time to educate me on what lasts would best work for me, sizing and a lot of General questions... my experience was incredible. My new Heritage 1907s are amazing. I'm gonna be a RE customer for a long time. I hope Eric does get his chance to go be a cobbler for RW, but until then we are lucky to have him here.

Employees know there products and listen to the customer. They asked a few questions about my line of work and measured my feet with 3d imaging for the best fit. Boots fit amazing and are holding up very well. I will be a return customer and purchase boots from them

Walked into the store. Had great customer service. Great experience got a 3-D foot scan got me in the right pair of boots overall 10 out of 10.

I got new slip on boots and in the first week they stretched out to where I had trouble keeping them on,went back and they exchanged them for lase up boots and they are very good fit, I also got new shoes and they are very comfortable would not trade them for anything. Very happy customer

Laney was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was probably the best shoe buying experience I've had. I was hesitant to buy boots from red wing because they're a little bit more expensive than what I would normally buy but the customer service was excellent and knowing that I can wear them out and have them resoled gives me peace of mind.

Really nice ladies working in the store. Got me fitted up in work boots was great experience, when you leave there you know your feet will be doing good. Can have molds custom made. Well worth the visit.

Went in kind of knowing what I wanted, asked a couple questions about durability and comfort. Lady was super nice and helpful! Zero problems, will be a repeat customer when these give out someday!

Been wearing work boots for close to 30 years and I have never left a place happier then when I arrived. Laney made everything so easy and was more knowledgeable about boots then anyone I have ever seen. If service and product stay this way I will only be buying from this store
