Office Depot

Went in this week to look for a new desk for my office. Found a great one at a discounted price. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t want to load the desk in my car and they helped me have it delivered to my office. Highly recommend this location.

Chris did an awesome job making a small batch of laminated badges for my work! So quick and easy and he helped us every step of the way and super patient with us. I didn’t even have to leave the store he did it all right there in less than an hour. Great job Chris we appreciate you and the services you guys provide!

I have had some escrow papers to transfer...and put on a flash drive, copied, sent to my email address cus my printer no longer communicates with my mac,,]...made them pdf files to send and my head should spin,...but it all works. They always make it easy for me! ...all of them!...any time...every time! Ü

I went to the Ft. Smith store needing to purchase a computer and printer. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A+

I needed spiral binding on a couple of workbooks. Office Depot handled this within a couple hours, they look great and the cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend Office Depot. I really appreciate the great service.

Need it now? Tired of having to wait 3 to 7 days for a peripheral or adapter cable for your PC or laptop. Office Depot stocks lots of items that the store with the Big Blue and yellow sign does not. Quality Brand (Verbatim) bank CD's and DVD's, not the low quality (often store brand) blank media the other stores carry. And Office Depot prices on quality office consumables like print/copy paper, photo printer paper, printer ink and toner, colored paper stock, pens, markers and thousands of other items is unmatched by other retailers. They also carry a huge selection of all kinds of office furniture and storage/file cabinets. In a time when many walk in stores are closing their doors, and the others are limiting their selections, I depend on Office Depot!

I never expect good customer service anymore, but I was pleasantly surprised at a recent visit to Office Depot. I needed something I could only get from Office Depot, and was very happy to see they still carried it. But just as important as being able to get the exact product I needed, I was happy to be greeted and assisted by multiple friendly, helpful employees. Their customer service obviously has not suffered any, and I'll recommend them to friends and family.

Was greeted immediately when entering the store. While browsing I was approached by a sales associate offering customer service. A bit later I was looking at some potential purchases and was approached by a different associate offering assistance. Both associates very friendly and eager to be of service!!

I had a great experience today at the Office Depot in Fort Smith Arkansas. Not only was the associate competent and friendly, she accomplished my printing needs while I was shopping for other items. Darby is her name. I hope she gets a raise soon and is being paid a living wage which is $14.00 in our area.

Great store, very clean and well organized great staff,all friendly and helpful. In my case I do most of my business in the printing dept.Everyone there is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, eager to go the "extra mile" to satisfy. Zoe is a notch above.

I picked up everything I needed. They have remodeled since the last time I was there. The staff was very helpful. Everyone had a smile on thier face like they wanted to be there. There is nothing worse than going to a store and asking for help and getting someone who doesn't want to be there or even want to help you. Even with storm flooded floors, the staff found what I needed and brought it to the front doors (in the dry zone). That is what I call service and concern for my safety. BRAVO!
