Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We were able to sit at a table quickly. Lady served us, but never came to refill drinks. We had to ask other waiters for different things.
Food was fresh and good. Maybe cause we were just hungry 😋

The atmosphere fit the southern style and feel. Our food was served in appropriate time and well prepared. The staff and establishment was very helpful with our request and accommodations. With the upgraded menu our all around dining experience was very satisfying.. biscuit Benny and pancake tacos

This is a Great Cracker Barrel. Everyone was friendly, the server Sophie was Great! Love the store, it’s bigger then any other store we’ve ever been too. I absolutely Love the merchandise at Cracker Barrel and this store is no exception. Food was good, really glad we stopped. Mac n cheese was so good!

The food and service were excellent. We stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Alma on our way to Northwest AR. It was a good decision.

We stopped at cracker barrel in Joplin and it was a horrible experience but I wanted hamburger steak so Alma was next. What a treat. Service, food, even the atmosphere was wonderful. Please visit the Alma location and rest assured you will be happy

The lady that brought me my food for my pick up order was so nice and very friendly. I will definitely be back just because of the customer service she provided. I think her name was Violet.
Food was good prepared correctly and was on time.

Always a great experience here. Gift shop is updated alot. Customer service like it used to be, nice. Food, OMG, love the seasonal options.

My husband and I both have the same birthday, which was yesterday. We went to the Alma, AR, location to eat dinner. Dinner was very good, as usual, and I asked the waitress, Amber, if there was a birthday goodie for rewards members. She said yes, and brought us two Coca Cola cakes! What a nice surprise!! Cracker Barrel has always been a favorite of us and will continue to be!!!

I love the atmosphere, they have such great gifts and the food is always yummy AND the people are friendly :)

Waitress was good did a great job the hostess first thing she told us when we got there was they didn't have enough help tables were all dirty it's going to be a while before we get waited on because they are busy and some people didn't show up. You obviously have the wrong person in the host position. The host usually is very polite and positive this this one evidently iwasn't trained properly and a poor decision was made to put her out front.

Food was delicious and hit the spot here. Ordered the homestyle boneless chicken and it was fried to perfection. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the prices are always reasonable for the amount of food you get. Its laid out in typical cracker barrel formation. With a giant gift shop up front with the registers. It's always a treat to get great food here.

Service was great and food was delicious! I ordered soft scrambled eggs and that’s exactly what I got!! Surprisingly a lot of places can’t cook soft scrambled or choose not to.

Always good and the atmosphere is fun. I took my daughter who was in from California because they don't have Cracker Barrel there. She loved it.

Traveling back home to California. We've been seeing Cracker Barrel restaurants and wanted to try it out. So glad we did! We walked in and were immediately seated. The food came out quick and was delicious. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I had no idea they also had a gift shop! The items were amazing and decent priced. I will definitely return to a Cracker Barrel location in the future. ☺

This has been a place my girlfriends and I visit for brunch often. Although I'm not a pancake lover, theirs for some reason are really good! We get in trouble in that stor especially when there is a sale!

We have the sweetest waitress even though the cracker barrel was packed with people the food was good it was hot it also was a real fun place to be at that time. There was no wait time for your food it was a very busy place with a lot of busy waiters and waitresses who all had a perfect positive

We ordered breakfast around 11am. The store was very busy, as it was Labor Day.

There is a terrible pothole in the parking lot. It is very unpleasant to step in! Someone could easily fall.

The waitress. Keep on complaining about his bad day that his car was impounded and he was late for work.
then I asked for more to drink and he says how much longer are you gonna take you wanna leave anytime soon gonna eat my food then I’ll leave I thought really The Food Was Real good chicken fried chicken was really good. He was telling all your customers He was having a Sad day
