I love this store. Always fun to visit. But I almost took a star away because of the phones. I just wanted to call about the availability of a shirt that I saw and couldn't find on the website. After all of the many prompts, I have now been on hold over 7 minutes and still waiting. Why can they not have a number direct to the store? It is a simple question and I don't really want to drive an hour just to find out the shirt is gone...
