Great food, great service, great prices. Really can't beat this place. French Fries, chocolate shake, and a grilled chicken and smoked Gouda sandwich with Apple Habanero BBQ sauce, Jalapeños, Bacon, and Mayonnaise on an Artisan Multi=Grain Bun.

My family loves braums but its kinda expensive when you go to feed the whole family and it takes time for them to cook when you order alot but still faster than cooking at home i recommend for anyone who likes icecream and burgers

Quick service with a smile. You gotta love the ice cream. Especially, when you have a sick child with strep. It’s the first place we visit after the doctor. My daughter has chronic strep and we are on our way to getting her tonsils taken out but in the meantime, it’s our first stop.

Braums has great burgers and awesome ice cream. And happy, friendly employees.

I'm mostly a morning person, and for me its a nice quiet place fore me to get a little reading done. They also make me a special request since I'm on a diet. Its 5 burritos without tortillas.

I enjoyed my visit and one of the managers was very helpful and very nice her name is Jordan I I am a senior citizen her service was excellent.

Great food! Their are two locations on Rogers Ave. depending on time of day, and what I’m getting depends on which one I go to, but never had an issue with either one.
If you haven’t tried to our, I would definitely recommend it!

It has been a lot better, I have been a little disappointed in the past, but I was very pleased this time. The young lady that took my order done a great job (I'm sorry I can't remember her name but it was very unique and I know it was pretty cause I told her so). The food was very good even though I took it about a mile and half away the fry's were still warm when they have never been before. They are always very nice. Keep up the good work. Great job.

Dining Room, Store Area and Restroom we very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating the only thing that would make it better is if tye was one in Clarksville. 😀

We live about 37 miles from Fort Smith, I often come by for a chocolate malt
Today..we dined inside the store and the food was excellent!

We bought the bag of burgers. We thought they would be about half size but they were normal size, only had mustard, ketchup, and pickles. Nothing more, but they were very good. For the price very reasonable.

Little light on staff helpfulness but friendly and clean.

The lady who worked there totally made my day. I believe her name was Jordan, and she was so kind and very professional. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my experience there and where to go for all their take-out/ice-cream needs. Thank you very much to that person for making my day and changing my mind about fast food FOREVER.

I had been at the hospital for some testing and hadn't eaten in 10 hours and the only thing I really wanted was some Braums Fries and whatever Burger I was feeling .! SADLY Braums has changed their French Fries and now they are no better than anyone else's 😕. I used to love them and even though they are a little more expensive, I don't care because they are about the only thing that I can actually enjoy and keep down right now. They were a huge Disappointment 😞 Hopefully they will change back to the hot delicious Fries they have always served. 😋

Good ice cream with decent pricing. One thing a lot of people don't know is braums makes cherry limeades. And they are way better than sonic. Tastes more fresh.

Timely service for lunch time. Fresh food. Tried the new chipotle burger and braums sauce and it was delicious.
