AT&T Store

Just got the new iphone 15+ and pro max. This was my first new phone/line ever, Jason Ybarra was so helpful in every way.
My boyfriend and I had the easiest transition to at&t because of Jason. He answered every question we had and assisted us with everything we needed.
10/10, we will be back! Thanks Jason!:)

Went to two other stores and no one had the patience or time to help me with my phone problem.. Nafis listened to my issues and gave me options on getting a new device, i didn’t even know i had that option but he was so receptive to helping me that he got me fixed up in a matter of minutes. Nafis assisted me in purchasing an IPhone 14 pro max. The phone was ordered and arrived quickly and he transferred my media and contacts from my old phone. He got me a good deal and got my monthly bill lowered. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise.

My previous visits have produced mixed opinions about the service & care provided. Today, Hunter was absolutely great. I was only buying accessories, not a new phone or adding services, yet he took as much time and provided as much information & recommendations as if I were buying new equipment and setting up 4 lines. Very appreciative. I will look for him in future when I do buy new phones & add lines for my business.

This store next to The Woodsman has the best customer service out of any At&t in the area. The Manager there is very good at his job and makes everything so simple. Thank you for all your help.

This place was perfect. Gabi was very thorough and made sure we understand what we were getting. We bought iPhone 11 pro max and added a new line thanks to her. Highly recommend. Were LOVING the iPhone 11 pro max . So many cool functions and were only 1 night on it so far. Switched from android to iPhone so it's a leap but Gabi made it painless

I have used this ATT store for years because I always have the best experience!! They have had the same manager since I can remember and she is AWESOME. She goes out of her way to help me with anything I need, no matter when it is. She makes the store!!!!! I recommend this store to all of my friends and family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

On 9/7/2022 I received excellent customer support from Mr. Nafis Davis; the manager at this store located at 5609 Rogers Ave. My phone situation was handled with promptness and professionalism.
Please Note: They very recently relocated from the building situated in the parking lot to their brand new building within the line of other storefronts.
