I had the pleasure of having Victoria to assist me with a big phone problem she, was very knowledgeable, very efficient and extremely professional. I would love to have her on my team.

Excellent customer service, made me feel welcome. Everyone was really friendly and convincing lol. I can see why they working for T-Mobile. Victoria was really helpful and convinced me to get a phone. The manager should be grateful for his or hers workers. They all deserve a raise.

We came twice the first time Victoria helped us and was amazing and the other time Damaris assisted us. They both were very helpful and pleasant. Demi was very informative with all my questions. And Carolina was the best in technical issues

Great experience at this store, although system was down they made sure to make it a great experience. They handled me with patience and great customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Went into store for an upgrade on my phone and questions, Every sales rep was beyond helpful. Manny and manager Joseph went into details with every promotion. Answered every question and doubt. By far best experience I’ve had. Thank you guys!

Lys did an amazing job. She helped us find the best plan for our monthly payment, a new phone, and took care of transferring all the data from my old iPhone 8 to my new iPhone 13 (which I’m extremely satisfied with so far) all in a timely manner. Great service.

I love this T-Mobile! Very clean and organized, the representative David was the best representative I've ever gotten at any wireless carrier ever. He greeted me as soon as I came in and welcomed me. Told me there was going to be a wait and I got a test as soon as it was my turn in the queue. Our conversation was very personal and we got to know each other well. I ended up getting all the products I wanted and I've never been happier with my service. Thank you T-Mobile and thank you David!

We went in today to get my boyfriend a new iPhone and Amber was terrific! She was extremely helpful and patient. He is not very tech savvy and Amber uploaded and updated all his information as well as taught him about the new iPhone fantastically. Great Customer service! Definitely recommend this store and service by Amber. 👍🏽

Ask for Carolina. She is patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent several hours with us helping us set up services. If it is her day off come back the next day. Seriously!

David helped me activate five business lines and I ended up walking out with a tablet and two watches for me and my wife. there's no one else I would go see for my cellular service other than David everything was flawless and there was no confusion he also helped me sign up for some Black Friday rebates. I'm seriously considering getting the new television service from T-Mobile because it does sound like a great deal with the NFL RedZone package. what a great store it was so clean and they made sure it was covid-19 free by wiping down the counters before they helped me. Shout out David and shout Out robber for being the best T-Mobile store I have ever been to.

I've got a family of 5 and everyone has a phone, so we're all constantly updating to the latest and greatest. Each visit is a breeze and Christopher goes out of his way to be friendly to everyone that walks in the door.

I've been many times before and If you have a problem with your account, they'll help you. Need help with your phone? they'll help you. Need an upgrade? they'll help you.

Above anything else, the customer service I get from this location keeps me a T-Mobile customer.

I was able to upgrade one phone on my plan without having to make a new contract for the one phone. Very happy with the service

My 2 experiences were great the 1st time I went into get an upgrade on my moms phone and Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable the 2nd time was for my brothers phone he had it stolen and I had to get him another phone again Thomas helped out had patience and was very nice...thank you again!

Great store, knowledgeable staff. Gave a balloon to my 15 month old daughter while we were setting up new devices. Just a great group of people.
