This establishment is under new management as of August, so I encourage yall to come out, bring the family enjoy, Tex Mex food from Lorado Taco and Fried Chicken, Fish, and shrimp from our Raise the Roost breakfast & Lunch made from scratch and fresh. Great service New staff, new mind set. Same 7-11 everyone has come to love. See you soon

This place is wonderful especially the shorter young lady making the quesadillas she made the most delicious quesadilla in Lavergne and Smyrna y’all should give her a raise

If it weren't for Josh and Don at LTC I would ask how to rate 0 stars. The chunky dark haired woman who is apparently in charge at this location is a loud mouthed, unprofessional piece of trash. She is loud, obnoxious and trashy. She constantly berates employees or downs them in front of customers. I go in this store on my way to work and I'm usually in a hurry. Typically, there is one cashier and 3 gossipers. Usually bashing some person or another.
Also, there is a gentleman that does not work at this location that is an apparent associate of this so called manager, that has access of backroom areas and special privileges. He is allowed to cut lines and he is allowed to berate cuestomers for being in line in front of him. Also he is permitted to park in handicap parking and he is completely healthy. If someone from corporate does not alleviate these issues, I will take my daily business elsewhere. I look forward to correspondence from upper management.

went to get gas which i payed more than what my tank needed and the first lady who was short was decently nice she didn’t have much of an attitude compared to the tall lady with dark hair who was all attitude and snappiness the entire time when she came out to figure out how to get my extra money that didn’t go to my tank she was incredibly unprofessional acting like i was one of her homegirls or something she had no customer service or professionalism won’t be coming back to 7/11 for anything other than maybe the taco place in there

very unprofessional. to many younger kids and probley adults to just standing around not working. never any gas. always a double charge on my card from this store.

Was told I wasn't allowed in, that I should get out. I asked "are you kidding me?" and was met with "No Get Out" very aggressively. 4 teens at 2am doing nothing but standing around. Horrendous staff.

Pésimo servicio los empleados demasiado groseros especialmente el que se encarga de la comida se le pidió en 3 ocasiones lo que queríamos y no nos hacía caso aparte tenía audífonos que yo sepa no son permitidos los audífonos. No les recomiendo comprar nada ahí. Tenemos muchas otras gasolineras nuevas y cerca de ahí mismo.
