AT&T Store

What can I say about AT&TI really like this company and I needed to upgrade my cell phone and when I entered the mini cap unit the employee was serving and several people were waiting and he didn't even look at us to tell us to wait. or greet us politely, we left at the same time and went to the climate unit and was attended to by Jake, what an incredible person. If it weren't for my money I would buy more things just for his service, he did. wonderful ! I would spend hours talking to him, because he explained everything to me about all the products in the store and there is another employee who was with him who also served us and talked to us even though she was serving another customer in a store with Alto Astral, I will always come back and I will take many people to buy cell phones in this store. Thank you Jack, you were an incredible person.🌸🩷

Hailey was terrific with solving the Blocked status of my iPhone. He is very knowledgeable and determined to find the cause of the issue. Pleasant to deal with also. We did not have to wait, which was great.

Just went in for an upgrade, Jeff and Hailey made the whole process very easy and seamless. Upgrade completed, educated on accessories and add ons to my service I wouldn’t have known about otherwise, all done in about 20 minutes. Quality people, quality service!

I went in this morning with a locked phone screen and a phone that wouldn't charge. I was sent on my way within 3 minutes with my phone fully working again and the charging port cleaned out, as well as an understanding of what the problem was. Hailey was amazing. I was thinking that I was going to need a new phone and Hailey fixed both problems immediately. Give him a raise!!!

I went in to see about adding a line to my phone plan and got some of the best service I've ever had at a AT&T store. Hailey and Jake were both friendly and knowledgeable and made the process of adding a line so easy. They got me a great deal on an iPad I had been wanting for a long time as well. Excellent people!

The store manager was really friendly and helped us out a lot. He knew what he was doing as well. He let me throw the cases on the floor to prove they were steady. He also let me put a really old phone they had in my bra to test out if I could carry the phone. I really like this store definitely coming here if I have issues. He was really great

Tyler helped us upgrade from our 6S to a 12 Pro. He listened and offered options, no hard sell here. It was a pleasure working with Tyler. He is very knowledgeable and very ease to talk to. Tyler needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service.

Sean Spencer, the AT&T rep at the store was by himself and there were 3 people in the store needing assistance. Sean took everything in stride and multi-tasked to assist us all. I needed Tech Support from AT&T IT and talking to Jayson L., he helped me resolve the issue. Both men were great to work with!

Daniel was super super helpful, patient and friendly with us! Our specific situation for coming into the store wasn’t quick or easy and he was patient and helped us through the whole process and discussed the best options and broke everything down for us while also helping other customers in between to ensure people were happy and weren’t waiting long! It was a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend

Absolutely excellent. We came prepared so we could switch my spouse from her old plan to my plan (had her prior account number and PIN etc) and we were in and out as quick as possible. I will probably exclusively go to this store now. Thanks!

We needed to get updated phones and upgrade to a family plan. I always dread the trip to AT&T, however, our experience at the Plymouth AT&T with Tyler and manager Christian was hands down one of my best customer service experiences with AT&T. Tyler was informative, insightful, efficient, attentive and detail oriented. He was patient as I agonized over phone cover choices & asked multiple questions about make, model & iPhone pricing :-)

Christian helped me out and turned what was a nightmare into a great opportunity to upgrade. Punctual, polite, and cheerful, Christian assisted me every step of the way with clear details and explanations. On top of this, Christian managed to keep me and the other customers in the store assisted and happy. Truly a great help and a better person. Thank you so much, Christian!

Danny at the Plymouth AT&T store was very amazing, helpful and went out of his way to take care of us… We had been having lots of problems with the AT&T 800 # customer service on the phone, & spent countless hours dealing with them. so I decided to go into the store to get help after a very long painful process with dealing with 800 # (611) customer service on the phone. & I’m so glad I went in because Danny was patient, kind, extremely helpful and he even stayed an hour and a half past store closing to help make sure I was taken care of. & because the store is limited in provisions they can do to accommodate, Danny went out of his way to call customer service the next day to explain our long list of issues and how they had been messing up our account and failing too correct their mistakes. Because Danny called customer service for us, he was able to get our account fixed and credited. He even invited us to contact him again if those credits don’t end up going on our next bill... Danny really made us feel special & valued! & We are so grateful and appreciative to him for helping to fix our account! Thank you very much Danny!...

Had an extremely positive experience, best ever retail experience in the 10+ years on AT&T. I don’t need to search for another place to go or wait for the Apple stores to reopen...Daniel (manager) is THE person to go to. Treat him well AT&T, he’s incredibly talented and a real pro.

Christian is a rockstar! After having visited two other metro ATT locations, I called and spoke to Christian and he was extremely helpful on the phone.
This prompted me to visit this location and seek his help. He was friendly and professional and made buying a new iPhone enjoyable and SEAMLESS! He is super knowledgeable, genuine and engaging! Keep up the awesome job 👍🏼

My experience with this store and specifically Daniel was over and above. My mom passed last December and I have been struggling with AT&T phone support to get her mobile account closed since January. The bills kept coming in even though support stated the account was closed. I am not an AT& T customer but Daniel still provided the most amazing, patient, professional, over the top customer service. Daniel was my mom's advocate even though the call wait times were lengthy and at one point the call was disconnected. Daniel called back and continued to pursue a resolution. I so appreciate this type of service that I may switch phone carriers. Thank you Daniel. Your customer service is five star and commendable!

Megan and Ryan were awesome to work with while we were in the store. They saved us money and gave us good advice. They made a large X-Mas purchase less stressful and cost effective. I highly recommend all AT&T customers to come to this store.

Had a small question and Joel was very helpful and personable. He seems like a genuine, nice guy and AT&T is lucky to have him.
