AT&T Store

I dont normally write reviews, but the new store manager, Anthony, went above and beyond with customer service! Helped with getting a new line setup, gave insight on new features on my phone, AND helped with lowering my bill each month! Will be going back for sure!

Anthony is the guy in that store who helped me so much. He is very knowledgeable and very willing to help. I am glad we got our new phones from him!! 10 stars for him!!

This Location is amazing I went In for some trouble with my phone when it unexpectedly went out a young lady was helping out multiple customers it seemed she was working all by herself how quick and efficient she helped each customer with out looking like she got overwhelmed was astonishing to me. She managed to help everyone and manage to have a smile and make each customer laugh. She was able to help me switch over from Verizon and after having a bad experience at another location she was able to answer and ease all my concerns. I was Very hesitant about getting a new phone because I didn’t want to lose my information she told me that she will handle everything and make sure everything was done and I would Not have to worry. Due to me not knowing my information it made the process a little difficult for her. She told me she would spend all day with me to help me figure it out. It was a very long process and she managed to make the process fun enjoyable and a less stressful process. She was then able to to give me her information so I can Call her if I had Any issues. She made my AT&T experience enjoyable and fun. This store is very lucky to have her be so knowledgeable and patient and so supportive. She is an excellent asset to this company and I believe on how hard she worked she deserves to have a raise. Thank you Miss Amy for helping me and getting a lifetime costumer. I hope She doesn’t leave because I wouldn’t know anyone else who can have so much patience and do it with a beautiful smile on her face. This women could get me to buy the whole store she was an exceptional sales representative. The company has me as a forever customer as long as Amy gets to help me out every time. Melissa went above and beyond helping us getting our phonelines! This AT&T store in Foothill Blvd is so far the best store we've been to because of her! She was very helpful and always pleasant even though the application process was long! The two ATT stores in Hacienda Heights have horrible customer services!!! The people there almost didn't want to serve us, pretended not to see us and minimally explained things to us (one question, one answer). So, this att store in foothill is by far the best because it has Melissa!

I always get the right information from there. I went to another store and they didn’t even hardly help me at all or mention all the promotions that my account qualified for. This store went above and beyond to help us, went on the weekend and it wasn’t crowded or a long wait time at all. Overall my experience here was great! 😊 I definitely recommend this store!

I recently had an issue with my AT&T account, and I visited the la verne store for assistance. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Amy, who was incredibly helpful from the start. She listened attentively to my concerns and asked relevant questions to understand the issue fully. Walked in with all kinds of issues and the manager Melisa Alegria took care of all my issues. I promised a great review for that. So here it is Melissa. She lowered my bill and somehow sold me 2 more lines and extra services. She rocks and she is the manager. I hope the regional manager of ATT reads this and calls her to personally congratulate her for leaving a client so happy that he (me) took the time to write this review I rarely will do.

This review is for Amy. She was a huge help to a massive problem I had with my account. She was very knowledgeable and we felt very taken care of by her. We will never talk to anyone else at any other store.

I needed a upgrade and decided to visit my local AT&T store in La Verne on Foothill by the IHOP and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were Brenda and Jesse helpful but their Customer Service was absolutely exceptional! I would give them both an A plus all around! Also AT&T as a phone carrier has not disappointed! Thank you again for a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this small gem of a store! 👏👏👏

The representative who helped me, Ailish, was very patient and helped me buy a new phone and port my phone number from Boost to my family's existing AT&T account. I had some issues getting the required information from Boost and she was able to expertly guide me through the process. I could not have done this remotely. Thanks again for excellent customer service!

I love AT&T! I have done business with you for over 30 years and you have never let me down. I went into the AT&T store here in La Verne, California. My wait time was less than five minutes, actually I was helped as soon as I walk through the door. The AT&T representative, Jacob, is so excellent. AT&T has a wonderful employee in Jacob. That ATT has a manager named Melisa and She was such an expert in resolving my issues I was amazed.

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones and with all the craziness of the virus going on felt it was a good time since we arent working. Rep was extremely helpful and we are happy with the deal we got. Store was clean and took proper precautions. All the reps in the store were very nice. Great experience
