Best shipping experience ever! What a great store and staff. I needed to ship four pieces of framed art across country and the folks here packed them up professionally and with love, and they arrived without a scratch. Such a great resource to have in the valley.

The store is amazing and helped us with packing our wine as we were heading out of town! Thanks so much.

Don’t ya wish all businesses were run like this store…

I wrote that review a year ago. Since then I’ve used this store a dozen or so times. Trust is something that’s hard to earn… something that shouldn’t be tossed around frivolously because someone had a personal bad day and then try’s to palm it off on the next helpless service person whom they cross paths with… someday Google will invent an eye scan that tells when someone writes a mean self-satisfying review… if they’re saying things as they actually went down or… someone misusing their temporary ‘power’ to put an unrelated individual or store or company down in THEIR dark hole…. This UPS store is the best I’ve ever had to use… I travel the country and use them all over.

Kinda late saying this, but these folks are very professional and yet personable and friendly at the same time. We look forward to stopping by because they are always so friendly and quick! Thanks for being in our town.

I've been to this UPS store numerous times. It is a privilege having a UPS store so easily accessible to us valley people, in my opinion. Beyond that though, each time I go the employees are extremely professional, courteous and not easily disturbed. I find this a hard to find quality among businesses these days. Great service! I was passing through Solvang and had a package I needed to return, at no charge, however the company neglected to send me a barcode label. I was able to leave the package at this UPS store and they waited for the barcode label to be emailed to them the next day and then send my package for me.
They went over and above with great service waiting to complete this transaction. I am forever in appreciation to the staff and several of them were involved in this transaction.

I have used most copy facilities in each major city while on business. I needed quite a few colored proposals done in a hurry last Friday. Christian was very helpful and friendly. Prices were the best I have every paid for services. Lower than FedEx Kinko's or Staples. While in Solvang, Santa Ynez you need to stop here. Best prices and service I have ever seen. Great people, great service!

Rushed to get there before closing on a Monday and they were sealed up tight at least 15 minutes before posted closing time. I understand that if you are slow you want to close early, but if you are in a service industry people rely on you to be there during posted hours. If you want people to stay local then please don't close early or they may opt to take business elsewhere. It would have been one star but I had one previous okay experience.

Planned my route around the place closing at 5 like it says online. When I get to the store the hours say it closes at 4. Went back online to make sure I saw 5 and it says closing soon at 5! Come on guys, that's simple...
