Had a very good experience. We had a great TMobile rep that went above and beyond. His name is Everton. He's AMAZING!!! If you're in S. Pomona, stop at that TMobile and ask for his help.

Love this place such a nice vibe when you go there, Everton is such a nice and patient guy highly recommended him.

Margarita and Mario were super helpful when I needed to buy a phone last minute last week! My phone had broken that morning and I needed a new one asap. They went out of their way to get the phone I wanted from another store and stayed in communication with me. Once it came in the transaction was quick and easy and I was out the door. Great customer service much appreciated!

Nick, Chris, and Cesar are just a few of the employees I remember from this location who helped get me connected with wifi boxes and the service was absolutely impeccable. This T-mobile in Pomona is my favorite one to go to because the environment is always very positive and I now plan to be a loyal customer for a very long time, PERIOD. Thank you guys, 5 stars, without a doubt :)

Best t mobile EVER!!! nick the manager always helpful and makes sure you are completely satisfied. Being such a good manager also shows in the employees as i have yet to deal with an associate that was rude or not knowledgeable. Every employee there does everything they can to make sure you leave happy....which i can NOT SAY about so many other tmobile locations in the area....0

Great customer service I went in to buy a new phone and Julian one of the worker there really went out of his way to help me. He got me the best deal they had and even helped me add an additional line to my plan. This has been one of the best services I have revieved at T mobile. They make their customers feel welcomed. Especially Julian he went out of his way to help me and provided the best service possible

Julian gave us the best customer service that I've ever had from a phone company. He was instantly and continuously helpful in resolving our issues. He was patient and very knowledgeable regarding all the T-Mobil practices. This is the best customer service I have received in decades. I wish all T-Mobil reps were as excellent as Julian.

Josh the store manager, was able to help me port my number after 3 months of trying with other stores and reps on the phone. I have spoken to at least 15 reps in the past 3 months, and NONE were able to port my number. I was about to give up on tmobile, but Josh made the impossible, possible!

I was having a really hard time with my tablet connecting to the network.. I came in on Wed 3/16 and the young lady who helped me really tried her best (despite being hanged up on) but couldn't get the dang tablet to connect.. came in today Thurs 3/17 and a different young lady helped out again and this time IT F ING WORKED!!! Thank You to bothe Ladies for really helping me out.. Much Appreciated..

Super customer service, nice, friendly and helpful staff .. i went in to get help on how to fill out a replacement claim through my cel, well i found out that it couldn't be done through my phone so this nice girl just asked me which phone was getting replaced and did the whole form for me at the computer... I didn't have to ask... she just went right ahead for it that's what im talking about!!! Great work girls....

I got the note 20 ultra. Went and bought a cheap screen protector and the result was not good. The responsive was so bad. I went to Kareem and he solved my issues. I like my responsive screen protector and he had helped add other features for my wife. I am impressed.

The staff here was very helpful and I look forward to my frequent visits I make to this store
