AT&T Store

Fantastic experience working with Henry at this location. I came in to get a new phone number, and left with a new phone as well ! He gave me $1,000 off the new iPhone 15 Pro with the trade in of my old phone. Through the process Henry was knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. He made sure I was acknowledged as soon as I came into the store, and kept me updated on the wait times. Thank you !

I’m just glad I came to this store . 1 day before I went to the store at 453 park ave and I had the worst costumers service experience of my life . A bunch of thieves and ghetto educated personnel that’s what they were. I was ready to drop AT T But decided to visit this store today hoping I will find a human being to talk and figure out my problems. And I did . There was Derek . The guy is literally the best employee I have ever seen not only at AT T but anywhere out there. Not only he fixed the problems I had in 10 minutes ( the same problems someone else was telling me that are not possible to get solved ) Yes Derek always with a kind smile helped me out in 10 minutes and made me so satisfied that I bought almost 2.000$ of products. He was working alone today and the shop pretty crowded. It didn’t bother him at all he was always smiling and every customer got the best possible of the service. Fast smart polite that’s what we ask from AT T stores and Derek had it all. Thank you for your services Derek I am sure our society whould be so much more developed and pleasant if every stuff member had half of your willing to do their job . Well done

GREAT customer service. The manager Luan was phenomenal. He was so helpful, patient & kind. Got my new phone transferred and found old pics I couldn't locate. 10/10 recommend this store.

The guy Derek that works there, such a wonderful guy made sure I was taking care of and was very professional. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Keep up the great work! 👍

Our sales associate was helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He approached us right away and asked how he could help us. We asked about lowering our bill and problems with our phones. He helped us to lower our bill and instead of trying to sell us a new phone, he told us to go on asurion and put in a claim to get an upgraded version of iPhones after we had told him that we were happy with our phones but needed them fixed or new ones. We were not in there long and the sales associate even apologized for how slow the ipad he was using was. The place smelled and looked clean. All 3 staff there were attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, working with a customer, were professional and dressed professionally. Overall it was a good experience there. 8/29/20 around 2pm.

Hi, Henry just assisted me to upgrade my phone. What a smart, polite, and helpful young man! He saved me money and made the process of a new phone smooth and stress less. (He also had many customers come in and was pleasant and efficient.) He is a valuable asset to AT&T. This is the best AT&T store I’ve ever been to. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was one staff in particular that really stood out, I think his name was Jairo. He was very friendly, intelligent and outgoing. Give that man a raise!!

Is definitely the man to reach out to at this location. His professional expertise most definitely is beyond standard. He professionally took his time to assist me through every inquiry step by step. Along with my billing and activation needs. He was even able to set me up with a promotional discount.

Henry and Sam assisted me. They were well-informed and helpful for someone with low tech skills. Henry completed the sale and set up the phone. I would be totally comfortable going back to the store if I had any questions or problems.

Henry & Yousef were awesome when we had a phone that wouldn't work and needed a quick replacement. They were patient and informative, even ended up saving me $90 even though we added an ipad. Great customer service!

Went in to the store for help me with several issues with my phone. Henry H was wonderful and patient with me.

Had a great experience upgrading my mothers line. Henry & Jairo did a great job in getting the specific phone that I wanted and making it a smooth transaction. Definitely will come again for all my At&t needs :)

The manager and staff in this store go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy. They have explained in detail the phones that people purchase and go as far to give a semi 1 on 1 session to those who need it. Jeff (the manager) is always on top of things and takes time to get a phone from another location in the situation where he is out of stock.

This is a place where I strongly recommend going to. You won't be disappointed

A friend and I went to AT&T at 421 Grove Street, Worcester this week for phone assistance and were helped by a professional, kind person who was extremely patient and very well versed on our old phone. He extended the assistance beyond our requests so we learned quite a lot.

Victor and Jay were so great! They were helpful to me as I came in with my phone that had sadly broken. They helped me pick out a new phone and helped me set up the whole thing! They even put on a movie to entertain my kids! Thank you so much!!!
