Lucky

This Lucky store has the advantage of being 4 minutes from my home.

On a night like tonight, the night before Halloween, that's a good thing. I am making cookies and had to make no less than two separate trips to the store for ingredients. 😏

I can count on the store to have all of the major brands and all of the ingredients that I need for any of my cooking adventures. Tonight was no exception,

I also needed a pumpkin and on the night before Halloween, they are all on sale! Cinderella pumpkins in different colors, some with warts and some smooth, for $5 each! I didn't have a pumpkin for Halloween but now I have some amazing ones thanks to the lucky store.

As for the basics, the store has four self-checkup registers but none of them were open tonight by the time I arrived. They had one lane open and the young lady working it made that second trip worthwhile. Friendly people who are always ready to help.

Place is clean with a lot of variety. There's a deli and a bakery. I always leave with more items than I need, similar to Target. I only go there during the late morning on Thursdays or Fridays and it's not crowded. There's only ever one cash register open but there's never a long line for self checkout. At most I have been behind two people.

Nice grocery store. It was very clean and stocked. There a young man that helped me find my item.

Clean store with fresh produce and meat. Great deals.

Good store. Prices are lower than Safeway but higher than discount stores and some affordable Latin and Asian markets. The staff seems to take pride in their work and connections with costumers to the point they seem to reprimand or let go anyone who is especially lazy or unhelpful. This store has a very good balance for what you expect it to be. As a person who is neither rich nor poor and enjoys a good sale, I recommend similar folks check this place out.

Review is for bakery.
Very grateful for the Lucky's bakery. The baker I had hired to make my son's desserts wasn't able to make his dessert and I found out only the night before his party. I placed the order for cupcakes at 8pm and had these the next morning. The bakery exactly made the cupcakes as I needed with solid colors outlined with white and I added white chocolate chips to go with our party theme.

Always a pleasure. Very nice staff. I'm a retired lady and buy your deli sandwiches and salads a lot. Checker Tony (young guy, tattoo on a forearm) is so sweet, always some kind words and humor. Nice singing voice when he's stocking shelves. Lol

The workers here are so attentive and very friendly! It felt like I was at my local grocery, and it was my first time in this Lucky. :)

Late night run, Hawaiian bread, vanilla extract and some ice cream. This lucky store is essential to the neighborhood. Store always clean, well organized and staff is helpful.

I love this store, specially because they open so early, love the customer service, I’m pretty much there almost everyday, all the employees are great, I give this store 5 stars.

I always shop here great selection of products, decent selection of organic fruits and vegetables but seems to get bigger all the time, only complaint is the meat department is that great, but self check out is great

Quick and easy store layout helps speed up the process of grocery shopping. Plenty of self checkout lanes help reduce the time it takes to complete grocery shopping.

I am mobility impaired; everyone bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I needed. Great store and great service! And Joe the the butcher is DA MAN!

Always a variety of foods and the meat is $5 for $25 deals

Bright and clean able to move about what out crowds, reason is due to cortvid, anyway I had a nice shopping experience.

I believe they are doing their best with the amount of people staying home and not working. People just need to learn to have more patience or go somewhere else.
