Victory Vaporz

I Had a great experience at Victory Vaporz ! I needed a new mod on Saturday 01/29/2022 and Kind of knew what mod I wanted. I wanted a new Geekvape Aegis that fit some old coils I had. I had with me a newer version that simply did not fit all the coils I had.
Unfortunately I have some difficulties with words and had forgotten to bring the coils I wanted to use with me. Kiley was at the counter and she was super nice and helpful. She never rushed me nor made me feel badly even when I got rather confused and lost in my words.
Instead of feeling badly , I ended up buying what I wanted (the Aegis Boost plus, 49.99 plus 5.99 in tax) with an assurance that if I did not use the item and it was the wrong item I could return it. She even upsold me to the loyalty program, which will save me a bit of money over time!
The price I paid for the mod was fair, and I appreciate how clean, wide open and well lighted the store was! The prices on the other items, coils and juices seemed quite fair and reasonable. Kiley's knowledge of various coils was quite impressive as well !

Came to the store years ago. Today was my 2nd time visiting. Great experience, stores are just stores. I always say The employees make the experience.
I asked plenty of questions on flavors , prices . Brands, sales. (I'm a cheap person) he stuck with me found me something in my range (bc I was cheap, I picked something out & after trying it I didn't like it But it was my choice ). going to save a little & will be back to get the" Naked" Melon/honeydew flavor

Frequently go here in a hurry and they're always very helping and friendly. Brandy puts in effort to help customers, double-checking stock, offering alternatives, and figuring out what people are talking about when they butcher the name of their coils.

I have changed my review of this store. The manager was man enough and kind enough to apologize and admit his error. Since then - he has MADE SURE - they ALWAYS have my juice in stock. Any person or store who can not only admit their mistake but go to that little extra effort to make a customer happy - has earned my loyalty as a customer.i would highly recommend them!!

I had a mod from a shop in Virginia break down on me while in the Frederick area; since it was still under warrantee, I just needed something to get me through a few days until I could get a replacement. I came in here expecting to buy a cheap something or other, but they were extremely kind and sympathetic, and ended up just giving me a used trade-in for free. I bought a $6 charger and I was all set in a matter of minutes. Saved me from buying a pack of cigarettes and ruining my first week smoke free (cost me less than a pack would have, too). Excellent, excellent, excellent.

I've been going to Victory Vaporz for almost 3 years now. Love the place, they've always got great prices (batteries are a bit on the high side but it's cool cause y'all are great!) And the people are super friendly! Bruce puts up with my bullsh*t all the time, Morgan is super chill, and I dont see Kylie a whole lot, but when I do shes always great at helping out. 10/10, would definitely say it's the best vape shop in town (believe me, I've checked).

Very friendly staff, able to help vaping newbies like myself! Was finally able to quit smoking after 20+ years. Lots of flavors to choose from! Heading back for my next one today! Loving it! Keep up the good work guys!

I've been to this place a few times, it's always the same. Except one time. The people there are awesome, really nice, really attentive and they have a really good selection of flavors. My only complaint is I tried messaging on Facebook before visiting to see if something I'm looking for is in stock but I'm not docking points for no response considering the experience in the store.

I've been going here for going on 6 years now. Best place in Frederick county. Honest and knowledgeable. Won't sell you things you do not need if you don't want them. I have been dealing with Bruce for most of my visits. Great staff great service great product great store. I refuse any other store.

Been vaping for many years now and have walked through the door of many vape shops. Very few compare to the experiences I have had at Victory Vaporz. Never have I had a bad visit in this store. All the employees are super friendly and well informed. Any question I could possibly think of they have an answer for. The shop stays up to date with their equipment. I feel like every time I come in the employees are showing me the new coolest thing to come out. The juice selection is outstanding and if they don't have something you're looking for they are fast to either find something that is comparable or sometimes even order it for you!! I normally don't write reviews on places but I couldn't go another day without sharing this. As long as victory vapors is around I will keep coming in. I recommend this shop to every person that vapes from beginners to experienced. I have been to some vape shops were the customer service is lacking and the people seem a bit distant, but coming into this shop is like seeing old friends. They always greet you at the door and help you with anything and everything! I'm a bit of a hobbyist when it comes to vaping and I always check victory before any place else for my new favorite mod!

Excellent shop with helpful staff. This has been my go to spot for all my vape needs for years now. Helpful, friendly staff, cool owner, good selection.

Love the juice. They let me try as many as I wanted until I figured out which ones I liked and they are so much cheaper than avail. They sell bigger than 15ml bottles and the juice tastes good. Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful customer service!!! Courtney is the manager, and AMAZING! In fact, all the guys in the shop are awesome! Courtney set me up in a matter of minutes, and helped me get started to quit smoking with a vape. He thoroughly taught me how to use the device, and got me started. They let me try a variety of flavors to find the one that was right for me. I haven't smoked now for the last 3.5 weeks and no longer craving cigarettes. Any issues I have had (too high of a nicotine level, and my battery died), they helped me out. They replaced my battery pack free of charge, and switched me to a new juice that was lower nicotine level so I wouldn't cough (higher nicotine=harsher throat hit) at a reduced price. They are very knowledgable, and I highly recommend them!

It cost me $90 to get set up (which included my first juice), but has already saved me in the long run (I was smoking 1 pack a day, so I was spending ~ $170/month on cigarettes.) Now, the cost for vaping is approximately $20-40/month, depending on how much I vape. Eventually, I will lower the nicotine level to zero, and will no longer be reliant on nicotine. I also get some really great flavors, I no longer stink (which my husband appreciates), food tastes better, and I can breath a lot better! Also, I don't have all the cancerous chemicals going into my body!

Best shop in Frederick. Knowledgeable staff. wide selection of juice and hardware. I have been a regular at the shop for a fee years now and wouldn't change the shop for the world. Always a great experience coming in to the shop.

Bruce is VERY helpful, honest, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. A COMPLETE "180" from Avail, which is across the street! My wife and I became loyal customers because of Bruce and his customer service!

Great Vape shop with a good selection of e-liquid brands including national names. Has a great selection of tanks and mods with the newest stuff available. Best shop in Frederick IMHO

If you need a vape shop with reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff this is the place to go. Good selection of mods, great selection of tanks to fit all vaping styles and preferences. I'll continue to come back.

Rachael is a hottie tottie. Bruce is the realest. Bobby will teach you what the meaning of life is. They won't hire me cause they don't need any more people , so they say, but I guess they couldn't afford my ass anyway. Products and juice is cool too.
