This morning 12/25/23 I found myself praying I could find what I was looking for. I walked up to a gentleman working on stocking the freezer with shrimp. I looked at him with hopeful eyes and asked if they had any crab legs? King or snow crab. His response was I’m sorry we are all sold out. My response was oh God, he then got up and said ma’am let me look. Maurico came back out with a smile on his face and said I found these will this due king crab? My reply was oh yes I’ll take them. As he weighted them we continued to speak and I told him all of what I needed for my seafood boil and he said let me double check the freezer for snow crab to make sure. After several minutes Maurico came back out with a big box smiling and saying I found them. He weighted me what I needed!! Ohhhhhh did he make my and my family’s Christmas morning! I had to pick up a few things to make broccoli and beef dinner. I wanted an a asian themed meal. Since my lower back and my middle back surgeries I had some fusions done I stay home cook a lot for my family. Albertsons has a great quality,selection,and everything you need for a fair price. I didn’t say low price. Because you don’t want to eat cheap food it taste lousy and stuff you want good food and that cost money and they are fair I really like Albertsons this Albertsons is also pretty clean and picked up in the organization is good.

I love this place! Their flowers are beautiful and affordable and I love all their sweets!!!

The produce is the Best in town.dept is always clean and produce is always fresh,and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you in any way They can. Keep up the amazing work

Awesome store real fresh eating ideas for a quick lunch as well as a wonderful Starbucks in the store staff is friendly uplifting and truly want to help if you have any questions or problems through your trip definitely an A+ store in my book

I wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Scott P. and Ms. Marie G. for their wonderful help and service in the pharmacy department. When I needed a medication they were so helpful to find what I needed and went above and beyond to support me. They were friendly and showed genuine care and concern for my needs.

This location stays clean at all times. Employees are mostly very helpful when I can't locate what I am looking for, and the cashiers are polite. We shop here weekly and have never had a bad experience. I love their seafood section!

By far my favorite store to shop at! Definitely has what you're looking for in stock. The workers are so nice. Most importantly it smells good in there. Well it smells like nothing which is good, very clean and well kept

Yesterday I had a problem with my pickup order. Basically it was a misunderstanding of how the app described the item’s price. It was not clear. Long story short, the manager resolved the issue, I was very pleased.

If the person who I talked to initially spoke to, had spoke to me respectfully, I would not have had to go to the manager.

The manager was a very good manager

Very clean! Always fully stocked shelves. Today, they are selling Hatch chilies!

Just want to thank Renee & all her staff at Albertsons on Foothill & Vineyard! They are always so kind, courteous, and professional with smiles! Especially, the customer service, they never give me grief, comment, or sigh when I get my money orders. They don't always have access to the office but will gladly count my ones as many times as they need to & still so friendly about it. I really appreciate it cause they are always so respectful & kind. This is not so at many of the other Vons or Albertsons I may have to go to instead of my favorite one.

They have everything you want they have more stuff than the other stores

Came here to get fried chicken and chicken was tasty. I used to dislike coming here because the store was outdated and did not have any self checkout counters till now. Since they finally modernized it my last few trips were enjoyable.

Produce the freshest, baked goods are superb. Product selection is superior. Fresh flower arrangements! Excellent seasonal aisle!

Love this place and the guys I met here. Justin is an awesome clerk. He is friendly and out going. So sorry can't remember the other guys name he has a mustache and his always active. Good friendly environment.

Great customer service, the staff will help assist you in finding any particular product. The staff will ask you if there's anything that they can assist you with? I love shopping at Albertsons, the staff is very nice. The Albertsons on Foothill in Ontario and the Albertsons on Milliken by the 210frwy are good locations to shop at.

I love this store! It's always clean, always excellent produce, always great selections of everything I look for & I have Never had to wait in line with 3 people in front of me. The employees are SO nice and Always open a register if they see 3 people in one line. Thank you !

The employees are helpful and courteous, some even going above and beyond to help out their customers. The managers too are friendly and easy to talk to. There are some great sales and offers when you use the app. I have no trouble recommending this place as a go-to local grocery store - though the produce is a bit pricey when not on sale.

Google prompted me for an update 2022/01: sometimes employees are overworked and stressed, just like the rest of us human beings, but more times than not the workers are friendly, courteous, helpful and generally personable.

This store has been in my family for as long as I can remember. Great people love the warm welcome we get from the Starbucks baristas and the great customer service from all the cashiers. Keep up the good work guys

I love shopping at this store, everything is clean and organized. Cashiers are fast and friendly. I shop here here every week and I absolutely enjoy saving with there in app coupon sales. I can easily save 50% off my purchase just from buying things on sale and using there coupons. On top of the savings you get rewarded for shopping at Albertsons by getting free food sometimes. Love it!
