Petco

I was stocking up on food for our exotic birds, and getting treats for our dog's. Spent nearly $300. The clerk at the register helped me sign up to a rewards program they have for $10. a month, or $120 per year. Considering We have 4 birds and 3 dogs, I greatly appreciate the $40. in savings I got by signing up!

The salesperson assisted me in finding my items. When I had gotten home, I realized one item was too small. I called to let her know the problem. She calmed my concerns about the return policy and held the correct size for my return back to the store. My item waiting at the register, with a note attached for the cashier.
I love this level of customer service!

The service was amazing. The workers seemed to be cleaning up the store before closing and I see they care about the live animals in the store which is very important. Keeping a close eye on the live animals is very important. Checking to see if the animals get along, how they behave, health etc. I love to see pet stores that care about the animals they are selling that’s very important rather than just caring for money and customer needs. Please keep this up, there’s not many good pet stores like this.

Great experience with purchase of a Leppard gecko. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful on getting us prepared to stock up and bring our Jim home.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Just went in to get a little pet fish for my son. The young lady was a tremendous help in selecting the right one along with the necessities to keep him alive as long as possible.

We made the switch from PetSmart to Petco due to the PetSmart staff not being helpful or personable (multiple times) when walking in. At Petco, the staff is friendly and attentive to my dog and really take extra care and consideration in his needs (He’s a pretty timid guy). I am usually able to secure the appointments for the date and time I need and we always leave with his nails trimmed to perfection.

I come here all the time between my 3 dogs and my new fish tank. Everyone here is great and everyone has a variety of pets and experience and will give you good advice and suggestions. Rosey cashed me out and was helpful and patient with me for fix my rewards account. Again people are great here

I want to praise one of your employees whose name is Angel. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with her customer service. She was also very personable, which is very rare in retail these days. She helped me sign up on my Petco app, and was very patient. I will definitely go back to the store because of her.

Always a great experience my Dog looks forward to his Petco trips to see all the employees who are so nice. Stores are clean selection is great.

I am very happy with purchase but even happier with the service. The assistant in the store was kind enough to offer help with bringing my stuff to the car and even helping me to fold the back seats to make sure the box fits. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he is a tall guy with glasses from Enfield location.

A lot of people think they know how to take care of fish. A lot of people also think a goldfish can go in a fishbowl, or that a betta magically “doesn’t need a filter” and just “grows” to the tank. Unfortunately, these two classes often intersect. Luckily, properly informed and trained workers like Christine ensure that these living creatures only go home to a proper, loving environment.

Petco has an awesome selection of clothes for any occasion for dogs. Also a great selection of pet supplies.

The store has everything I need for Scooby

Went in to buy a new parakeet yesterday and there was a gentleman named Gary that helped us. He was so pleasant and you could tell that he really cared for the animals. My 7 yo son really enjoyed talking to him. Really nice and attentive staff at this store!

I would like to share my experience that I have yesterday. The store representative Gary was great! We asked for suggestions for what type of food would be good for our puppy. He explained the differences of each of the food options and he was able to point out our exact needs. He made sure we left satisfied and understand the true nutritional value that puppies need. I wouldn’t have changed anything in my visit yesterday. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and patient with my fiancé and I and we will come back and always ask for you! Great job Gary
