Chuck's Steak House and Margarita Grill

This place was absolutely astonishing. The waitstaff was prompt and on point. The portions are very generous. The bottom floor is seat yourself the upstairs is not. Will definitely be back to check the 2nd floor and the steak out. You can most definitely tell most of the "extras" are prepared there. Example the salsa I'm not one for spicy but this actually made me want to dip the oven fresh chips in it more than once.

Went for my wife's 40th birthday. Had a party of 15. I got the distinct honor of paying for everyone and the check wasn't bad at all. Service was incredible. Food was solid. We will be back. I could have filled up on free chips and salsa

We've been here twice in the past month. We really enjoyed our dinner here. The staff were extremely nice. The food was delicious and cooked exactly to our liking. The main dining room is upstairs. I really like the post and beam decor. They have a bar with seating down stairs near the main entrance that has a private room in the silo. That eas great for our party of 6. Would definitely recommend trying it out if it's you've never been. My only complaint was that the salsa and the sauce they put on the shrimp in my fajitas were too spicy for my liking, but it was still delicious. The second time, I tried the grilled teriyaki chicken, and it was delicious.

Work get-together. What a great place. Great food. I got the chicken Taco bowl with ALL the fixings, full of flavor and zest. Salsa was good had a little kick to it very good flavor and the chips were crispy.. I can't wait to go again.

Delicious food and good service. Our server (Kayla) was very friendly and never let our Margaritas run dry. I had the fajitas with chicken and steak and it was awesome. We also had the BBQ pork nachos for an appetizer, which were loaded with fixings (we could barely see the chips underneath). We sat upstairs, which was quite nice and there is a really nice looking outdoor patio area with a big fireplace.

Food and service are always good. Went with my family for my birthday, and the service was excellent. From the hostesses to our waitress and waiter that assisted her. Our waitress was amazing.

This place is like a northern lodge with a Mexican feel. Very nice. The food is amazing. All fresh ingredients. Nothing from a can. Come hungry. You will leave happy and well fed.

The steak was so tender, don't forget it's a steakhouse too!!!! Food was amazing!

Amazing margaritas and such a wide variety. Delicious Mexican inspired dishes. Food is always fresh and even on a busy night the wait isn't much of a wait. The staff is kind and personable. Great with oddball requests and substitutions. Kid friendly with high chairs and booster seats. Whether you're a party of one or many(reservation suggested), always a great time.

Was our first time here and want an amazing place to eat! Everything was perfect, Food , atmosphere, and staff were all supurb! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Have yet to have a bad time. Food and service has been spot on for us and we usually get there about 6 pm on the weekend . No complaints! Excellent job.

Your best bet for the weekend is to call and make a reservation, but I can assure you that if you don't and have to wait for a table to open up that it is definitely worth the wait.

We go here every week, for margaritas and dinner- love every flavor margarita! so yummy! we usually get the fajitas! with the guadalajara seasoning (soooo good) i like the chicken more than the steak here. salsa is spicy and delicious! buffalo chicken dip is awesome!!

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Chuck's Steak House and Margarita Grill. The ambiance of the upstairs inside dining area is impressive. Our server was super friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. 😋

Excellent. A couple of times a year, myself and wife go up to Chucks for a good steak dinner. It's about a 45 minute drive. I miss the West Haven site, it was always my go to for a good steak or Prime rib meal. Prime rib was perfectly cooked, we opted not to get starters.. but had the house salad. This is not a cheap place to eat, BUT you get what you pay for! The quality of the meat is always top notch and melts in your mouth. This place puts Texas Roadhouse to shame when it comes to quality!

Ali was such an excellent employee/server she took care of several tables and was very attentive and kind. An error was made with my food and she immediately handled the situation and delt with it. 11/10 have not had this personal connection with service in months (no matter what restaurant) and you can tell she enjoys her job and cares about the customer and the experience. I am definitely coming back anytime I'm in the area

Great atmosphere and good Mexican food!

I’ve tried multiple Mexican restaurants and so far these guys have the Best chicken chimichangas around even after moving to New York I will make a trip back and meet with family here. Great margaritas this is my go to place whenever I’m in town.
