You'll never find better service employees and management than here. Everyone is exceptional, friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to shop there with great products and deals. Kirkland brand items, the Costco brand can never be beaten by any other brand. Returns are effortless and unquestioned. The food court has great, inexpensive foods that complete the shopping day. Try the hotdog and refill drink...1/2 pounds of pure beef with toppings for only $1.50...the best food deal in the world. Their pizzas are great and inexpensive. The Sample People are all friendly. The pharmacy is swift and highly cost effective. The gas prices are always the lowest in the area.

We love our local Costco s!! We go for a certain thing and always end up getting more!! Lol We pick up a rotisserie chicken whenever we go . The Mums are bigger than I've ever seen and healthy. Always a great visit .

What do you need because Costco has it?! Organic food (both fresh and frozen), camping stuff (tents), bicycles, baby gear (diapers, clothes, odds and ends), mattresses, cookware, allll the meats, allll the fruits. I follow a low-carb diet and I was beyond excited today to find Keto ice cream bars. I had to have one in the parking lot and it was heavenly on this sunny spring day. Plenty of parking. Staff super friendly. I even saw a nice young staff member helping an older woman to her vehicle and unloaded her items for her. There are great people still. If I could suggest one thing to this location it would be to get more Fairlife protein shake flavors. The West Springfield store carries Strawberry Banana. Why don't you??

great place to get everything the family needs. Food, clothes, house supplies .. They bring good new items every time I visit. friendly employees, great products, organized layout and easy access. Very good with returns also. gift card options here as well. Membership is worth the cost.

But honesty, Costco is the best! Sometimes the policies are a bit harassy when it comes to checking your card, receipt, etc. but I understand they have to protect themselves. I'm glad this location finally has self checkouts, unfortunately the bottle return receipts can't be redeemed there, a little inconvenient. Also I wish they had more machines for bottle returns, at least one more glass one. The parking lot can be a bit crazy at times the way entrance is set up, feels like frogger on the weekends.
The only 'downside' about shopping here is that I can never just get what I went for. You go for some rolls and a rotisserie chicken and walk out with a cart full off fun stuff that was a great deal! My wife ruined me with her motto "you can always return it" but lets face it, once it's home, that never happens and I don't even regret it.

Consistent stores all over America. Best and quick shopping. Staff are well trained and courteous. Costco requires paid yearly membership to shop but it's worth every bit of it. Provide quality with quantity at right price. Mostly they have stalls available to taste new food items.

Hey it’s Costco, big boxes & low prices. Ave their gas is the lowest. There’s always a line, but take note…

The filler houses are extra long and can reach the opposite side- so you can go in any lane and fill your car. Even if it’s a truck- we filled our F150 from the wrong side.

Clean, neat, well stocked store, great options we got out prerequisite 5.99 roasted chicken can't ever go wrong with that. Purchased items we really did not need. Quality of items are gtlreat overall.

Love this place!! Especially around the holidays- great place to get every gift on my list from high end electronics to toys to clothing and food!

The pharmacy at Costco was great! I was in a bind over needing medicine for my cat, who suddenly got a UTI, and no pharmacy had the antibiotics she needed. It was during a holiday and everywhere was closed or had limited hours and I would've ended up needing to go to an ER just for a few days of medicine, which would have cost me thousands (the ER fee, the tests, etc). I had a prescription from her vet, but couldn't find anywhere to fill it, until Costco was recommended to me. I had no idea they stocked pet meds and they really really helped. I called them and within 10 mins, they had her prescription filled. It saved me so much money and my cat got what she needed right away--so happy with them!

Classic Costco. Has the usual departments you'd look for, as well as the gas station and deli. Staff are welcoming and polite. Overall it's what you've grown to love about Costco and is easily accessible from the nearby highway. Plenty of local gift card options here as well.

This being the only COSTCO I've been in, I don't know first hand if others are the same, but the employees always seem very happy

I purchased something here and unfortunately lost my receipt. They could not look it up because my boss had purchased the order for me. It was my mistake and a supervisor named Mark helped me resolve it. He went out of his way to fix my issue way beyond what any other bussiness would of dome. The staff here is one of the most friendly I've ever saw. An absolute joy to shop at and I recommend this Costco to all my friends.

I love the place, it's the reason I'm an executive member. They bring good new items in & they get sold out so fast & then they discontinue. Like the Cilatro Lime crema sauce, Greek inspired chicken breast skewers. If an item sells out so fast that means the customers liked it. They should keep it stock.

Great place when you're looking to buy and fill up that freezer chest in the basement or garage lol
