Every time I shop at Kohl's I appreciate how they display their merchandise, Areas are well marked, neat, and there are a wide variety of merchandise available. The employees are pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. For me, shopping at this store has always been a positive experience. The reason why I keep returning.

Walking into Sephora, I was immediately overwhelmed by the vast array of products lining the shelves. I was in need of parfume and makeup, but I wasn't quite sure where to start. That's when Morgan approached me with a warm smile and a willingness to help.

She listened attentively as I explained to her my confusion on the similarites of the Chloe perfume bottles and kindly looked up the SKU # and informed me of the name of bottle that liked. When I couldn't find a specific item that I saw on display, Morgan went above and beyond to check the stockroom for me. She returned with the product in hand, saving me the trouble of having to track it down myself.

Throughout the entire experience, Morgan's kindness and helpfulness shone through. She made me feel valued as a customer and ensured that I left Sephora with exactly what I needed. I am truly grateful for her assistance and will definitely be returning to Sephora in the future, thanks to Morgan's exceptional service!

The Enfield, CT Kohls store is always clean and organized even during Christmas time. I enjoy shopping there even though I live in Springfield MA.

The sales associate, (cashier) named Ghazala is a very welcoming and efficient employee. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and to accurately identify product and pricing questions. Her customer service was the most pleasing, as she was pleasant and focused on my concerns with patience.

I was very impressed on how easy it was to pick up my packages, no long lines at the registers and I was able to get right in and out without a problem specially being the holiday season.

Went to Sephora in Kohl’s in Enfield and the first woman named Camryn was very helpful! She was by herself at the moment, so she had to go to the register to help other customers. Then there was another woman that came in and asked if I needed help and her name is Karen, she was also very pleasant and very helpful! Two great women!! Great job!!!

If Kohl's doesn't have it, you likely don't need it. One stop for small appliances, bedding, clothing (petite), shoes & Sephora. Check out set up much improved with one area. Clerks at check out and customer service always friendly. Amazon return service a big plus. Thanks!

I had an amazing experience at Sephora on Saturday, at the Kohl's store in Enfield, Connecticut! This was my first time being in Sephora, but I will definitely be back! The product I purchased, was the Sephora zinc triple cleanser and it is incredible! If anybody's looking for a facial cleanser, I completely and totally recommend this! It makes my face feel so clean and vibrant and healthy! I had a couple people help me but the main person who helped me overall, her name was Sarah and she was friendly and knowledgeable and very welcoming to the store! I will definitely be back!

Nice store, friendly staff. I prefer it more than the Kohl's in Manchester location as I feel Enfield location has more stocks when compared to the Manchester location.
