Bought my first pair of Red Wing Iron Ranger boots from this location. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure the purchase was a good experience. I’m happy to say that I’ve never regretted the purchase and will be back for my next pair. The location was busy on the day that I went, but the bilingual staff was able to meet every customer’s needs in good time. Seemed like most of the customers were purchasing work boots, but they had a good selection of their Heritage collection as well. They offered to get anything I needed from another store if they didn’t have it in house. Great experience!

On Nov 8th, 2023, at around 3PM. I stopped by for sizing and information about a pair of Iron Ranger boots. The two young ladies working behind the counter were courteous and polite. Answered all my questions. Provided sound advice and reccomendations about "Red Wing" products.
Definitely "Red Wing" need more employees like them.
I walked out of the store very satisfied and looking forward to return and buy more "Red Wing" products. Congratulations!. Keep the good work!.

already knew what I wanted to purchase before I walked in. Had a pair of boots that I wanted to get new soles on and cleaned up in general- new insoles and a patch on the right boot toe.
went up to a young girl that was not that familiar with the sole replacement procedure. An older gentleman stepped in to take over that part and she got me the new boots I bought to wear while the ones I had are getting repaired. I had a pair get refurbished 10+ years ago and at that time they did a leather patch on the toe. I really liked that. The older gentleman said something about a tough toe for these boots. Not really understanding what that was I just agreed to it. I think it may be a little bit more than just a simple leather patch that I had in mind.

Nahomy was very helpful with my selection. She was polite and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a nice pair of boots for work, first time in red wings, Bianca was so helpful and attentive that I ended up taking two pair of boots. I will deffinitlly came back to red wing for another pair of boots.

My experience in the red wing store was definitely one of the best because I received incredible help from the team that works there. My expectations were low since I was only thinking about the price, but once I entered the store they greeted me in a very respectful way. The vibe of the store is cool, you feel a lot of peace and tranquility. The girls who took care of me really know how to do their job, they were very professional. They told me if they could scan my feet to know my size, which I didn't know what it was. This machine turned out to be helpful , it told me my size, it recommended me orthopedic insoles, and also it recommended me boots that they had available in my size. I ended up buying a pair of boots and insoles which have worked pretty well for me because they are very comfortable and great. My expectations are now very high, because the price is worth it when it is a good quality product. Thank you for changing my perspective on redwing Kathy and Bianca!!

Sales person (Beatriz) was very nice, knowledgeable and definitely patient with me. The shoes here are not cheap and I wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. After trying on several pair, I made my choice and she even wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the fit, allowing me to just walk around the store and take my time. It was a pleasant experience, which you don't get in many stores now. They also have a vast selection of shoes here...Thank you Beatriz.

Went in for the first time to find boots and had a great experience. The staff was super nice and the selection was great. I found the perfect boot. I would definitely recommend Red Wing for anyone looking for cool boots and especially this store for the nice people.

I had to get a new pair of work boots due to new puppy chewing them up. This time I went to the Woodbridge store. Turns out that the same group owns the Woodbridge and Manassas. I was just as happy at Woodbridge as I was at Manassas. Great service, great fit. Highly recommend Red Wings and these 2 stores in VA.

Not often in this world of global imports and exports, low end and high end stores is a balance between quality, customer service, and price often struck. Here is a fine example of a classic American brand, which still proudly produces a fully American leather and fully American made boot, in multiple styles and widths and half sizes.

So we can say the quality is top notch. Compared to others which can boost the same quality, the Redwings strike a balance between build, materials, and price in the 8111 Iron Rangers.

On my first visit to this small, almost forgotten hole on the wall shop. Which i have always known to be in business thier my whole life, 27 years so far. I was sized by Mr. Devin Mervin, who after some conversation, and sizing we arrived at my ideal fit. He put the order in and eventually my boots came in. How quickly they arrived i cannot say, for human error as it sometimes happens, happened. And my contact information was misplaced. I called 3 weeks later to follow up and indeed my boots had arrived. Ms.Beatriz Gomez-Ochoa was happy to assist me once i arrived at the small store and was kind enough to change out the laces for some slightly longer ones. And also answered all my questions about redwings policies regarding their services and warranties. So it is fair to say the customer service can be trusted at this small yet beloved local shop.

After about 2 years of researching boots and trying other lesser quality boots. I am looking forward to breaking in these beautiful boots, and will surely continue my patronage of this buisness and all other businesses that offer products and customer service that are on par with this shop, and I urge all reading this review to do the same.
