The Home Depot

Everyone is nice here, but not always the most knowledgeable. I've had to return a few things due to incorrect products recommended to me as a required item needed for what I was doing when it was truly not or. I will keep going back for my basic home improvement needs, they always have items in stock.

Great home improvement product retailer. They have a tremendous variety and are second to none. Knowledgeable informative employees and friendly staff eager to help the customer.

If it weren't for Patricia's extreme professionalism my experience at this store would have been very bad I personally thank her through this review home depot doesn't deserve such a great employee

Home Depot is a DIY haven! Wide selection, helpful staff, and quality products. The go-to store for all your home improvement needs.

Easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Westport road is busy during Rush hour. They typically stock the store once a week.

General Home Depot store. Place to find all your home improvement needs. Everything from wood, laundry detergent and so much more.

I really like the paint department ,the staff is really courteous and helpful .It is a pleasure to shop from such a large assortment of pro.level products.

I’m in the process of doing some upgrades to my house and property. I needed a new porch post and a couple of young men Kyle and Manny helped me when I couldn’t find the post I needed. They found my post that I needed was right in front of me but was incorrectly labeled. So they took the time and measured the post using the dimensions I gave them and it was just what I needed. Awesome customer service and now I’m back to having Home Depot my first choice when I need anything from a hardware store. Thank you both for doing your job and helping me with what I needed and made sure that I had the right product.
Next I had to go to Home Depot Thursday to complete the details on ordering my new fence and assign a contractor. It didn’t go well but a young woman named Sabrina did everything and took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. She took the time to resolve all the issues and get my order done.
Today I had to go back to Home Depot because the online ordering didn’t put my Veterans discount on my order. I went to the customer service desk and Amber redid my order and made sure that I received my Veterans discount. I was so impressed by her tendency and her sense of urgency to correct the issue and made sure that I was not delayed any longer than necessary. Amber great job 👍🏾

I love this store. They have good quality products and prices are reasonable. The selection is great. We always find something new to try for our house. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is kept very clean. The Managers are active and present all times.

Love Home Depot. I was able to build my own rustic table and benches for under $100!!
Thankful as always for their 10% military discount as well.

Jamie is the best Home Depot employee!!! We had been to multiple locations and she was the only one that really helped us find what we needed. She is so sweet and funny and was just a huge help :))

My husband and I went to Home Depot to purchase a toolbox. We sadly bought one that was boxed up and had rust on one drawer and had to return it the next day. We asked if Rick could help us unload the toolbox from our truck. We went back and waited in Rick’s line so he could be our cashier. Rick is a phenomenal worker! He helped load the new toolbox without any hesitation, and we felt like we made a new friend! With his kindness, he turned a sad, unhappy couple into returning customers!

Love the door greeter my( late husband helped get his job through a voc rehab program with JCPS so many years ago.)
Have made a few female friends here, through another person or on my own.
Helps to be friendly, nice to others.
Been shopping here off and on for 25 plus years.

Awesome place if you are looking for home products. They have affordable plant and planting product too. People are nice and very prompt if you need any help.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Helped me with an unwieldy cart full of rocks, pushed it to the cashier, then two employees helped unload it into my car without me having to ask. Excellent.

Usually has what we need. Easy to look up items on their website to see what aisle and bay it's in for quick shopping. Employees are typically very helpful

This has been a great place for shopping. . . but it is sad to see how crime has influenced many things to be locked up. . . home depot do not be so considerate and I hope you catch the thieves. . No Stealing signs may also be helpful. . I like Louisville but we must take care of it. .God bless USA
