The employees were all so incredibly kind and loved chatting with my daughter. Great food made just right and quick!

Had the chicken cordon bleu with broccoli soup and it was yumlicious! The bread was toasty, soft and warm. 🥇😋

Look the only reason I came here was because I got a free gift card as a thank you..for some weird reason I thought that they only sold bread🤣🤣🤣..To my pleasant surprise it was much more..I got a Tuna Fish on a Baguette!!! and it won!!..This one my new places and will be back..Highly recommended!!Baguette..feel like I know French now🤣🤣🤣🤣

I go to Panera bread quite a bit. I’ve found this location to be one of the most consistent. The staff is always courteous as well.

Alexis, the manager at this location goes out of her way to accommodate customers. Not only did I experience this, firsthand, but I have observed her on several occasions when I have gone in to pick up my order. It is obvious that she truly wants to satisfy her customers. I also observe the way she works right alongside her employees, setting a positive example.

We had a great stop at Panera. It wasn't super busy, but our cashier was fantastic and the order was correct and tasty. Nice soup on a chilly evening.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Always greeted with a smile. The employees are very kind and friendly. The food is always excellent. There are many things to choose from on the menu. Plenty of parking and handicap parking. Restrooms are always maintained and clean.

There is so much good food on the menu, it's difficult to choose. We all got exactly what we wanted; Fuji Apple Salad, Grilled Mac & Cheese, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup, and Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. And for the next morning, we picked up the Cherry and Cheese Pastry Ring. Everything was great!

Come here all the time and it's great. Order ahead on the app and never have to wait. Food and coffee are always delicious.

This Panera location is fantastic, they're incredibly efficient, consistently deliver high quality food, maintain cleanliness impeccably, and boast a friendly staff!

Great location and friendly staff. Food and drinks are always superb from here. I go everyday for my morning coffee with the Unlimited Sip Club subscription. Highly recommend as you can order on the app or online and schedule your pickup at a home location or any location nationwide.

Placed an order for delivery. Unfortunately the delivery was through Door Dash. Dasher did not take my food to the correct location, then tried to say it was because they had incomplete directions. Beth called Door Dash for me and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Beth was an absolute sweet heart about the whole thing, even though I'm sure she wasn't happy about losing out on the money. I will continue to use this Panera, but I will do pick-up instead so Door Dash doesn't get the chance to mess up like that again. Yes I did order through the Panera website.

Shout out to this Panera Bread location for outstanding customer service! This afternoon I ordered a variety of pastries online. There were 8 cinnamon rolls in my order among other items. While I was on the way, I received a phone call followed by the nicest voicemail from the staff member (Taylor) notifying me that they have only 4 cinnamon rolls left, apologizing for the inconvenience, and ensuring the full refund for the items they didn’t have in stock. When I arrived, they apologized one more time and got ready to process the refund. I asked if I can substitute those rolls for something else instead, and they offered me everything that was left on the shelf. I chose pecan braids, which the staff neatly packed with the rest of my order. When I asked to scan a bottle of water in addition, since I got thirsty on my way and didn’t pay for it online, they just gave it to me.

Dear staff members, I wish all your guests treated you as well as you treat your customers!

I love the staff here. They are so kind an accommodating but maybe a little too accommodating. There is a regular meeting of anti-masker men that come to breathe freely. They also have open conversations about our government and how it is now in free fall due to our "true president" Trump being wrongfully taken out of power. I was in just to pick up a coffee I was disgusted by the language I heard. This is not the first time they are often there before 8 am on a weekday. It's extremely uncomfortable to walk in and out over hearing a government coup being planned while you're just trying to grab a coffee and muffin. Maybe you'll need to contact corporate to come up with a new policy of how many people can gather together in your restaurants at one time because the table of about 6 to 8 was also a bit much.

Follow up: Panera took this seriously and I really appreciate it. Again I really love the stuff there and the service I have received.

Always clean, nice service, the Panera Coffee subscription is amazing! Unlimited coffee, a cup every two hours throughout the day is just what I’ve needed in my life. I never feel guilty for eating food from Panera either, feels like something homemade and healthy ❤

I'm surprised to see the low average rating for this location. This restaurant has always given us great service and fresh food. Even at this past visit, the associates went above and beyond to help us with our food by carrying out plates, getting our highchair, and getting the door for us. This means a lot to people like us with many kids. Definitely recommend this Panera.

I was a new customer so I wasn't sure what I wanted. They are very understanding. I ended up with a toasted chocolate chip bagel with special cream cheese. For a drink I chose a charged lemonade with mint! Everything was wonderful!

Loving the new order kiosks. I normally do curbside on the app. But I went inside today and my food was really promptly. And the order was accurate. Also the presentation was very nice.

Arrived to pick up my Rapid Pick Up order and it wasn't there. The expeditor in the morning was helpful and understanding. Got my order ready in minutes, apologized, and told me to have a good day. Great service
