Shopping environment was Great clothing selection were exciting. Deli has great variety. Meat and seafood look fresh and vast variety . What great store . Don't forget to stop and get gas .

I actually enjoy shopping at this Krogers. Jonathon in the money center is super efficient. Also Nate, a cashier has great customer service. The produce is always fresh, great sale products. It’s 5 ⭐’s for me.

The staff at the deli have always been very friendly. The staff at customer service is great. And even the cashiers and baggers are very professional. It's refreshing

This is the closest Kroger to my house and I’ve been here a few times. It’s super conveniently located, usually well stocked, clean, and the employees are friendly. Definitely recommend!

We shop here for most of our needs. It's hard to beat, so give it a try if you don't already shop here. You'll be pleased.

Great Kroger. Conveniently located with big parking lot. Neatly organized. Fresh fruits and vegetables. You get almost all the groceries here. Great price too. Have Starbucks inside.

Always find what I need most of the time. I know the layout of the store so I can find what I want a lot faster. And it's 2 minutes away from my house.

My mother and I came here looking for tangerines. This store doesn’t have them BUT they have Fadi who was very helpful and friendly! He was best employee you could hope to encounter anywhere.

The Kroger was really clean. The bathrooms were nice. And we got food from there and it was fantastic. The man in the deli and the man in the sushi portion were very nice and helpful. We forgot silverware so they came out and brought us some. We will definitely be back. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

They had a variety of everything. Having Carhart now is good. Staff was helpful and kind

Very clean and nice store. The staff was super nice. Used the app to find things and it was super easy to get out shopping done. Buggies were charged and easy to find. The uncharged buggies were off in a corner so they wouldn't be grabbed early. Layout was pretty good and I liked how they stocked items.

This Kroger is one of my favorites to visit. The staff are nice people and I love the large product selection. We recently had a problem where we accidentally left our laundry detergent and softener in the cart - we came back and Kathy was very helpful. We will continue to return to this Kroger for future purchases ! 🙂

I have consistently over the past couple years had a few bad, a ton of good, and many many exceptional visits to this store. Helpful employees, great stock choices, love the renovation. Best Kroger in Louisville IMO.

An AWESOME place to shop. Well stocked. The Starbucks inside of Kroger is great, thanks to employee Aidie. April in clothing is very helpful. A fun and rewarding experience at this Kroger store. A much better managed store than at Hikes Point Kroger store.

Love my Kroger location. It is well laid out and well stocked. The pharmacy staff are great! The store is kept clean and is well-maintained. Staff are friendly and often the managers are out on the floor working, assisting customers, and greeting them. They recognize regular customers and speak to them. This location has a gas station location and has good access from Hurstborne Parkway and Taylorsville. Rd. Sometimes getting in and out on Taylorsville Rd can be tricky.

Huge story with specialty bakery, cheese shop, fresh fish and meat butchers, great produce, vegetable and pharmacy. Great place to get what you need for your family.

Staff was helpful. Biggest Kroger I've ever been to so it was nice seeing a huge variety of foods like Cajun salmon, or the cheese island.

I will tell anyone I can that there's absolutely "NO STORE" in the Louisville area that can compete with the customer service at Kroger in Jtown, PERIOD! Not just grocery stores, I'm talking any store! I don't know what happened, but after they opened back up after remodeling, they've been 200% on top of everything!! The most important thing they did was bring on a whole new staff & I believe management! I even mentioned this to the store manager, and he's something as well! He was walking around helping and talking with us, and I was very impressed! You just can't find a store where the entire staff is like family & still going strong all these months later! It may even been going on a year & I hope this never ends!! : )

This is one of the best Kroger stores in Louisville, in my opinion. It is a Kroger Marketplace, so they also have clothing & shoes, home goods & decor, a large deli with salad bar, fresh sushi, chicken, pre-made meal options, a Starbucks and a bank. The store is newly remodeled... so it is clean, bright & organized, and the selection of products is wonderful. If they don’t have an item in stock, the customer service desk or management is always willing to help you find an alternative or request it be ordered for you. Be aware this store can get quite busy...so I recommend avoiding the after school & work rush times, if possible... or just practicing some good old fashioned patience. 😉 For those who prefer online shopping... I’ve also used Kroger ClickList, which is their online grocery “Pickup” option..and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with it, so far. Needless to say...I highly recommend this store!

Love Kroger. Great store brand options, great rewards/loyalty programs, innovative solutions, quality produce and great price. The Stonybrook Kroger is now better than ever but the ever-friendly, incredibly helpful crew members are unchanging. This is 100% my grocery store.
