I only stopped in this store to purchase a new charging cable, but walked out with a sparkly new phone- which I really did need but was putting off buying. Juan and Cesar were the most patient and kind salesmen I have ever encountered at a Verizon store.

That nice young man postponed his lunch to help me pick up two new phone chargers. I wish I'd got his name, because I would love his employers to know how delighted I am that he gave up a little of his lunch time for me.

Fast service super professional put on the screen protector and my otter box for my iPhone 15 pro max and told me about the warranty’s

Andrew was patient, competent and very helpful. I upgraded to a new iPhone

I had no problems when paying my bills and good spot not to busy

I have been going to this location for years. Natalie who is no longer there was a wonderful store manager. Her customer service was beyond great. Everyone there is great and always helpful. Vanessa has always been so attentive and goes the extra mile, she came to my vehicle to help set up my Bluetooth. She always takes the time to listen and her customer service is above excellent. Great team!!!😊

I went into this store today because I had an issue with my LG V10. Vanessa approached me and was very friendly and kind of warned me that she was kind of new. All good with me. Later, Nataly walked in and helped her out. Both ladies were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Both deserve great praise, love this store's customer service.

I must say Eileen did a great job in helping out the crazy hurd of customers that came in this morning. Looks like they were short on workers but she made it work and helped me out a lot. Thank you Eileen!

Verizon in La Verne is so helpful. The technician are very knowledgeable. When they are busy, take a sit and wait. With your patience and time, it is so worth it. Thank you again for the great customer service.

I was worried and stressed about having to update phones, but I received such kind and knowledgeable service, I will be back in a few months to upgrade my husband's phone! Dulce helped us with plan and phone options and ordered the iPhone SE for my son. When we went back today, Natalie R transferred everything from the iPhone and I was so impressed with her expertise I also bought a new Samsung S7, which she also helped me access my GMail account and add Bluetooth device, something I have not been able to do myself. Because I have so much trouble with technology, it is a great relief to have found a place to go to where I trust the employees. Thank you Dulce and Natalie.

Great service. I came in a bit upset at verizon, but after being helped by Nataly it made me love Verizon again . she took her time to help me and explain my plan, bill and features on my new phone. Amazing service ! Thank you very much Nataly !

This Verizon Store is awesome! Great staff! The manager is very smart and helpful. No high pressure sales. They always resolve my issues.

I want you to know that Vanessa and Nataly are exlent representatives of Verizon. Every time I come in (which is often) they always greet me by name and with a smile. I believe both of these gals should be considered to be offered a raise or promotion!
