The store was clean and well organized. Not creepy feeling at all! Serena was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and offered help if needed. She listened, gave a few ideas (I was looking for an outfit) and was patient (bc I’m very picky). Will definitely be back

Once again, the customer service at this location has exceeded my expectations. I went to the store last night to buy 2 items. While speaking to a store employee whose name is Cheyenne about a few things, I was intrigued at her overall knowledge and expertise and listened to some of her suggestions that made sense in the moment, and I ended up buying a small bagfull of items (8). She listened to everything I had to say without passing judgment and helped me select what was best for me. I made a few jokes to break the ice that really didn't need breaking as we were direct and in tune with the subject matter at hand.

P.S - I had a bunch of point to use and she further explained the Monday promotional discount to get the most out of my purchase. I love saving $ and last night was a perfect example of that.

First time ever going into a shop like this and was a little nervous. Krystal really helped us out and made me feel better about asking any questions I had :) We came in for my birthday and wanted to get something, we were able to find a couple nice things after looking around. Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

K/Cat provided a premier experience today! K/Cat was not only knowledgeable, she was extremely courteous! K/Cat addressed all of my concerns in an experienced, hospitable, down to earth manner! I love this place. I have patronized this location many times and each and every time it feels like this first. Comfortable environment, knowledgeable employees and good selection of various items. U can let your guard down and tell a little about yourself without judgment so they can focus on what u like and need for yourself or your partner Melinda is always eager to help if needed and easy to talk to. I was looking for 3 specific items and while no other location had what I was looking for I'm hopeful of a good restock sometime soon.

I went here a couple days ago looking for a flavored lubricant I can use on my man. Melinda was so helpful and so were the other employees in the shop. I had an issue with a vibrator I bought there. It was dead. Didn't work at all. Brought it back to the store and they made it right. Helped me find something similar and it cost less! So happy with this store and I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much for your help.

This past Friday I went into my Adam & Eve Store looking for a particular male focused item. As soon as I entered the store I was pleasantly greeted by Ms Alisha the store manager at the time. She was absolutely professional with a personal touch added to make me feel comfortable sharing the exact item I was looking to purchase. Instead of buying discreetly online I'll make the extra effort to visit MY Adam & Eve Store. Primarily due to Alisha making my experience very pleasurable and setting the conversation that left me without any inhibitions to share what I'm looking for in the way of increasing intamacy with my lovely bride of 37 years. Well done Alisha !!

Absolutely love the Fredericksburg location! Krystal helped me soooo much finding exactly what I was looking for and the cashier was delightful! Cracking jokes, making me comfortable to be there! I will be a returning customer.

Thanks to Krystal I found what I needed to go deeper in my pleasure and experience. Adam and Eve has many great products and it's nice to meet someone like Krystal who has a great knowledge of the products to help you find what fits you best.

Kathraine was an amazing helper she came right up to me asking if I needed anything and she was such a delight and under that mask I bet has the greatest smile ever

Out of the places I've been through for adult Novelties Adam and Eve on Fredericksburg has the best customer service. Crystal had an answer for all my questions had great knowledge of products was very helpful
