I never have a problem every time I go to the ups store, not only is this location one of my favorites to go to the people who work there are kind and always helpful.

Took care of me for my Live Scan ... it was very personable quickly handled it and made me feel comfortable. Good humored.

The staff here was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location and will be coming back to this location based on the great customer service and team here!

i’ve been coming here a lot lately to print labels/send packages and the workers are always so friendly and helpful!!

I've used this store for shipping and printing and they've always provided excellent service. The staff are helpful and professional. They are usually quite busy and there is often a line, but they generally work quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the printing job they did for me.

I come in every time and I know one of the ladies remembers who I am.
I'm a considerate person who will box my own Amazon stuff, cause I know the ladies are constantly busy and they appreciate that.
Everytime I have been in that store, I have NOT heard any of the ladies yelling at customers. Customers who think they are better than anyone else, would say such horrible things about them.
Ladies, you're doing a FABULOUS job and will continue to support you.

I've been going to this UPS store for years. Every time, I'm greeted with a smile. They are friendly and it's always quick and easy. So much better than Postal Service

I use this store often for returns for Amazon and the staff is always nice, quick & efficient, I have had no issues thus far. I would recommend, and they are open on Sunday.

Excellent personal service. I parked near the store and called them to see if I could email something to them to print. I had my Grandson in the car so the employee said she would come out to my car. She gave me the email address, I paid her and she went back into the store, made the copies and then brought the copies out to me in my car. 👏👍 Outstanding service!

I come in here often to drop off my Amazon packages. I always xome prepared & bring them in a bag or box and I think they appreciate that! They are always nice & patient lol I see some nasty people yell at them and cause a scene which is an unfortunate behavior to display! Thank you!!

I will not go to any other UPS Store in the area. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond. Awesome customer service when it comes to dealing with Amazon returns.

My family has been very happy with the service we have received from this store! We especially appreciate all the help Jim Trezza has given to us in getting our PDF files printed out as I am definitely not very good with computers.

Super helpful and friendly staff!! Every time I have vistited this location, I have been extreamly happy with the level of service that i have recieved. The staff is knowledgeable, and have saved me time and money. They have completed last minute rush print jobs for me with, within minutes. I highly reccomend this store, by far a great place to do business!

Convenient location, parking’s a breeze, and usually a short wait when I go. Also, the ladies that work the counter have always given me great customer service.
