This grocery store is worth acknowledging! The customer service and the welcoming greeting it is very rare to find now. The cashiers and baggers and associates constantly refilling and cleaning items but no equipment will get in your way. The quality and the price are more than reasonable and they price things to have all sorts of options for anyone.

Cheap Prices and overall fast service. Definitely a “goto” for most shopping needs.

I came in for the amazing chocolate decadence cake, but the bakery closed early due to limited staffing. I asked Tiffany if there was any way I could get the cake and she stopped what she was doing to open the bakery and box up the cake for me! Thank you Tiffany! I really appreciated it!!

I like this store. Much better than any Raleys store. Staff usually very friendly, positive and outgoing. Special shout out for Ron, store director. Stopped me to see if I needed anything (I think I had grimace on my face). He hooked me up with meat dept to get on order list for bone in turkey breast for Thanksgiving and bought me a coffee!!! He should get a nice holiday bonus 😉

Nice, clean store with well stocked shelves. The produce section is always neat and stocked. All the Staff are friendly and will gladly help you if you need. Busy, but the staff were moving lines right along. Love the sales and the actual availability of sale items!

Bel Air and Raleys have been around for over 60 years they are famous for their fine quality meats and produce all of there shelves were stocked full of what ever your taste buds want they have a large selection of everything so if you want a great selection of there great steaks or anything else including a deli sandwich or even some hot food dishes stop into one of these full service store I think you will be impressed...

I recently ordered a bouquet and centerpieces for my wedding and everything was beautiful! Chloe helped me throughout the entire process and was great. We were very pleased with the organization and how all the flowers turned out!

My family and I, shop at this location quite a bit. Everyone is super nice and helpful. However I gotta say the young lady that works in the floral department. Candace (Hope i spelled it right.lol) she put so much thought and attention helping me pick out/piece together a bouquet for my wife. I've been in customer service for years, so coming from experience, she's a model employee for customer service and was even making cool conversation with me too. Super Chill and professional. Store on Foothill. Clean, neat, wide aisles, lots of variety. Note if you go on Sunday, the fresh fish section of the meat department is closed. Nice variety of fresh fruit and veggies in produce.

I am so incredibly grateful for this store and it's staff. I have been coming here regularly for the last 8 years. The staff is friendly and receptive,
excellent folks run this location. I frequent the post office and the gals working back there are incredibly kind-hearted and helpful (something I would know a lot about as I am there for work on pretty much a daily basis, sometimes up to three times a day). The store is clean and well stocked. Their organic and non-GMO options are plentiful, way to keep up the pace!

What I love about raleys and Bel Air stores is wherever you are you can go to any store and feel like it's the same store in your neighborhood. Everything is always in the same place and the customer service is always gold ⭐! You may have to pay a little more on some items but it is always worth it! The stores are always clean and organized and service is always a 10!

I believe Lynnea Hernandez is a stuck up and demanding way too much from the store. I apologies for their gross review and on behalf of every other level headed NORMAL person on this planet i am sorry people like them exist. It is clear they do not possess the very traits and qualities they demand from others. The store is great and the best for quick and efficient in and out trips for essentials.

Great deli, and the produce is good. They have everything you need and probably more. Good selection of organics and gluten free if that concerns you. I haven't tried the meat yet, but they do have a butcher on site.

I love Bel Air. We've shopped at this location for over 25 years! Staff is friendly, meat and produce always fresh. Sure, Walmart has lower prices overall, but you can get good buys if you shop around/ take advantage of sales, etc. Nicer experience for sure!

This isn't my usual store, but I come here when I'm in this area because it's the tidiest store I've ever been in. Everyone is friendly too!

Love the cleanliness throughout the store and fresh quality products. The produce department is like artistry with all the colors and selection. My favorite section is the hot Chinese food. Yum!

Bel Air is always a nice shopping experience. Not only are th employees nice but th customers are kind. I'm a 73 yo short woman & always need help getting things from th top shelf. I normally shop at Walmart but shop BA for my produce. 2day I used th self checkout & didn't know how to scan my avocado & tomatoes. A sweet young mother showed me how. Seriously, her kindness made me cry. Since this pandemic, I'm a mess

As a weekly customer, I couldn’t be happier with this place! The staff is so friendly and know us by name! They always have great produce and weekly deals! You can even get 2x points coupon in some weekly ads!! The meat department will even marinate your meat for free!!
