The UPS Store

I love this store! I've been using them since moving to Atown. Everyone on the staff is always friendly and ready to go "above and beyond". They're also very knowledgeable and efficient. The store has a small town feel and atmosphere. Highly recommended for mailing or shipping in Anacortes.

I have used this facility on several occasions. Copying and mailing is a breeze. The employees are always so helpful (which I appreciate) and friendly. It is nice that they are conveniently located on Commercial.

Regardless of how busy the store is, all the employees always seem to be pleasant and helpful.

Best small town Parcel service hands down. I see there had been a bad review about service speed, ill tack that up as an impatient big city transplant not from Anacortes. Wish we could put a stamp on their head and return to sender. The Owners and staff there have always been amazing, even when systems are acting up or are slow to process. They have even in the past expressed waiting on the system to process. Every time I go to the Anacortes UPS store Im greeted with kindness and a smile or wave; possible because I come in with a smile and a booming PNW greeting. Good attitudes towards staff even when busy ill get a good day, a hello or smile. Their performance and willingness and offers to assist in caring larger parcels to my vehicle. When I had an injury and needed a walking stick to help me get around, the staff offered to carry my parcels and load them up (way above any disconnected service you may receive in other parcel centers around the state that I have interacted with.)

Tip to grumpy people, you get what you give. the world is not your therapist and should not have to take on a projected bad attitude. Good people of the world are over it.

One of the friendliest and efficient staffs. They always go above and beyond.

Amazing customer service! Every time I go in there I have a special request and they always are able to handle it cheerfully and confidently. Today it was an Amazon return of an oversized dog crate (it wouldn’t even fit in my Subaru wagon assembled). I had already broken down the flimsy box it came in so they helped me reassemble it with strapping tape and plastic binding. Good to go! I love this place for successfully checking things off my list.

Small place yet amazing service. Sometimes it gets really busy but i rather go here than any other UPS because of the efficient and friendly service. Note. USPS needs the additional 4 digits after an FPO AP. If you come to UPS it is not required.

Had to ship 4 large boxes from WA to MD. The sales associate was both helpful and delightful to speak to. She assisted in providing the best cost and made the checkout process super easy.

The staff at the Anacortes UPS Store is friendly and helpful. I've had a P.O. Box here for six months, and have really enjoyed the email notifications for package arrivals. It's been very useful to have one location for all my mail/shipping needs.

I am delighted that we now have an official UPS store in Anacortes, WA. The store is stocked thoroughly with all your business products, personal stationery, business cards and has Mailbox Rental, Shipping Services, Printing Services, Notaries Public, Copying & Duplicating Service, Fax Service, Mail & Shipping Services. The owners are friendly, helpful and very careful in handling your shipping requirements. We welcome them and we wish you success and prosperity!

Stick with this location if you can. You’ll actually get good service and not get ripped off with random fees. The “other” store and several others are owned by the same people so you’re going to get the same customer experience there. Also they’re actually American locals. They’re not stretching thin and supporting less profitable stores with more profitable locations.
The store is clean and tidy, complete with clean carpets. It’s amazing how different something like ownership changes the quality even in a chain-type business.
Also the staff don’t seem to hate their jobs or openly gossip about boxholders or other customers.

Stick with Anacortes if you can.

Walked in for passport photos, the ladies were very sweet and helpful. They took 3 photos and let me choose the best one. No appointment needed. In and out in less that 10 minutes.

I ship a truck load of packages out of this store every week. They recognize my vehicle and always walk out to help me unload. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I couldn't ask for better service.
