The Slider Cafe

This is a great local place, mostly for breakfast! We have been here a handful of times and we're never disappointed. The loaded hash browns, biscuits and gravy, and french toast are all good. The La Conner Benedict was very tasty as well. The decor is full of funny, positive sayings and the morning staff is very friendly and positive. They were sporting bunny ears and having a great time with all of the clientele. Great morning!

The staff are so friendly and inviting. They are happy to make special requests and are so accommodating.

The sausage gravy and biscuits were great, and the hollandaise sauce on their Eggs Benedict was the best in Skagit Valley. My husband loved their chicken fried steak.
The raspberry rhubarb pie was very tasty. We tried all 3 pie flavors, and each of us liked our own flavor choice the best.
The decor has a lot of fun signs to read while you wait for your food.
It seems like they know everyone that comes in, and I love that feel.
I highly recommend them for breakfast. I can't wait to try their lunch food.

So far I've only had the Corned Beef Hash here. It was very good, also the coffee was great.
Staff was super friendly, checked in regularly and seemed interested in my thoughts and feelings on the food.
I mentioned I would have gotten it with mushrooms but wanted to try it as the chef intended which she appreciated and said they would pretty much do anything requested as long as they had the ingredients.
I would have tried the sliders but the breakfast ones didn't appeal to me and I prefer breakfast items at 7am.
They brought me an entire tray of hot sauces.
Nearly everything on the menu looks great... I can't wait to return. So many choices out there but this one has made it to the top of my "gotta return soon" list.

Update, I tried the Swiss mushroom, bacon blue cheese, and traditional sliders, with loaded fries. It was too much food for me; however, everything tasted very good. The cheese one the fries could have been melted a bit more but overall very happy.

This café has many dinner vibes, don't let the exterior fool you. The sliders are perfect! Both my friend and I were happy with our choices (blue cheese/bacon and swiss/mushroom). Service was with a smile. THE FRIES!!! Yummy! All in all, a great place to stop for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

My husband and I came to Sliders for lunch!! It was outstanding!! The best fish and chips I've ever had in my 67 years!! My husband had a BLT it was amazing. The waitress was super friendly and attentive . There was a problem with the fryer, the cook came out and apologized for the delay and didn't charge us for this amazing meal. We will definitely be going often and highly recommend Sliders!!!!!!!

Don't be hangry, let Sliders Cafe feed you. What a great diner-style lunch. Coffee was good, the service was so friendly and fast. The food was delicious, our party of four all had wonderful things to say. If you love sliders, I recommend the slider sampler, and then you get to pick three different burgers. Simple diner atmosphere with super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The locals recommended this place as they are open at the earliest time to have breakfast. The business have the coziest ambience ever. Clean and well decorated with wall paintings and quotes in frames. The food were excellent. Their daily specials are a must try. They have the classics, omelettes, sliders, sandwiches, salads, soups and more! They are serving breakfast and lunch from 7am-3pm Wednesday through Monday. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend while in La Conner. The patio is open for outdoor seating.

CDC guidelines are in place (i.e. wearing mask required upon entry, staff are wearing masks, cleaning and disinfecting tables. Installed dividers each table.

So far, this is my favorite La Conner restaurant! Since I love small town, non-chain cafes in the first place, I was already on board. And then, the experience the friendliness of staff and customers, the small town charm, as well as the delicious comfort foods, took me over the top!

Excellent!! Fantastic!! Eat here, you won't be disappointed! This place was outstanding! Supurb service! Amazing flavor, perfect portion sizing. And table service was AAA++. Great selection of food at very affordable prices. $5 to $20 depending what you want. The Pies! OMG the pies are fantastic! Get dessert or get one to go! They aren't open real late, so call before you go. GF and Vegetarian options available. Breakfast served all day! Such a great little town and good patio to relax outside!!

Best service we have probably ever had. Our waitress was absolutely above and beyond amazing and went out of her way to accommodate my daughter and I. Customer service is a lost art, it is rare to find these days and our server completely impressed us. Food was amazing and we will be back!

Great little place to stop and grab a bite to eat! We go often for breakfast and to visit. Staff is great and fun to talk to! The Soups are made in-house and some of the best I've ever had. Their Beefy-Cabbage, Italian Wedding, Chicken Tortilla, and Broccoli Cheddar are just a few of my favorites!

All the slider varieties you need under one roof. Friendly staff, really classy diner. Try the blueberry pancakes - killer! Great for breakfast followed by a stroll around La Conner.

My wife and I went to slider cafe for lunch and wile we waited for our food the man cooking came out and told us he was sorry that he had trouble with some equipment and it would take longer but they would take care of the bill. The food was excellent so we plan on going back real soon.

Walked into town from the RV park. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff. Great menu and my husband is always happy to find a chili omelet on the menu.
Our waitress took notice of my name and on the way out said goodbye, using my name. Really made us feel welcome and wanting to make this a stop on our way back.

This is a wonderful little cafe Ion La Conner. The staff was exceptional and the food was outstanding. I would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed the look of this place. The food was fabulous!! I had the slider sampler plate w choice of three sliders. The BBQ pulled pork was my fave - SOOO good. Kimberly was our waitress and was attentive and just as fabulous as our food. I wish a place like this was in Seattle! If you go to La Conner, definitely make this your lunch stop! And ask for Kimberly..

Stopped overnight in La Conner, walked over to grab breakfast. People were so friendly, place was nice and clean! Loved all the cute signs! Food was AMAZING!

Best corn beef hash in WA state!
Eggs Laconner is to die for lol.
Bottom line, food is amazing.
