Today I went to the DPSS office in Pomona in hopes of some help. Unfortunately someone scammed me and took all my cash benefits,. then to top it off I received a pay of quit notice from my landlord since I was unable to make rent due to my benefits being stolen. I was stressing!!
When I made it inside I was first helped by
Maria S. I explained my situation, and showed her my notice. She told me not to worry that she would do everything she could to help me. Then she handed my case to Ryan which i believe is a supervisor. He quickly assisted me and assured Id have my benefits that same day ..and I did!!! These two employees at that office went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for their service. My hats off to both of them for there superior customer service. You guys rock! I. will never forget this experience on how you two helped me!! Thank you so very very much!!

Clean store with a lot of merchandise. Staff is hit or miss, the last time I was in there I had a young lady who was kinda rude and talking with other employee during my whole check out with her but I just brush it off, with younger staff, you kinda have to expect immaturity. Other than that great store!

These two wonderful ladies have the up most Goddley mother and daughter relationship I always wanted with my own mother . Love you too 😘

Had a great time there the 99 cent store is really good food everything ask God for divine appointment and he gave me one I prayed for a 3 week old baby boy today it was awesome God you're so good to us thank you for being in my life RP man of God

They have great stuff fie holiday ls in the 99ct store everyday I really do recommend mostly on holidays everything is cheaper in my opinion.

Nice place and very spacious parking lot. U get the correct product at the right price. Everything is affordable there.

Deals on deals on deals 😻🙀 way better shopping here to find those desirable nicks and nacks (ie; Venus flytraps.) Love it alot, they got what u need.

I live down the street and shop here almost everyday, the selection is amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Only down are the long lines, but they will always open a new register. Thank you for your great customer service.

This is the biggest 99cents Only I've ever been to. I can't believe how much stuff this place has on its shelves. The entire back side of the store is nothing but food!! The best thing about it though... I've always found what I came here for.

There Was A Time I Didnt Really Care For The 99 Cent store But My Wife Is A Bigg 99 Cent Store Shopper And The Things I Do Like That R High End I Just Dont Buy There . IF we Could Just Get over The Riff Raff Homwless That Make It Look Unpleasant To Shop There Ya Know The One On Holt Blvd Next To Cardenas Market

Affordable as it is always and it seems that HR is getting better at selecting better employees. Employees are friendly and the store is clean and safe for all.
