My daughter and I had THE GREATEST assistance yesterday!
Dakota was AMAZING!
She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed!
We came in with quite a request! She took her time with us and not once did she do it without a smile!
I ordered 5 pairs of jeans online and my daughter ordered 2. They were all the wrong size and fit!
She gave us options to try on, made sure the ones we needed were in the store or not THEN got out a tablet and went through styles online to help me find ones to replace the styles they were out of in my size!
Now I’m not sure most folks nowadays would take that time to do all of what she did!
Just a pleasant person and experience all the way around!

I had a very wonderful experience today which was also my first time as shopping here. I was assisted by an employee, I think her name is Christine. She was amazing. She made me very comfortable and helped me fund exactly what I was looking for.

I'm from another state, so I was visiting this store (going bra shopping) with a few friends from the area. The first girl that fitted my friend made both of us very anxious: she was snappy and a little rude, giving me a nasty look when I apologized for putting clothes I didn't want on the rack. I even left the store without the bra I wanted because I didn't want to deal with it. However, I decided to try again the next day because I love the store and I found a bra I really liked. It was an awesome experience! The second associate that helped me was so lovely: she was sweet and tried everything she could to help me find what I needed. I even ended up buying the bra she suggested, it was so great! This store is well set up and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I understand people have bad days (life isn't easy), so I didn't want to knock the whole store for a single person. I'm glad I didn't! Wish I could go back more!

I recently purchased a pair of leggings from this store but unfortunately had to return them due to a “defect”. Something completely out of the stores control, but without any questions asked they were quick to exchange for a new pair. Not only that but gave us a full refund, leaving my wife with a free pair of pants! Big thanks to Mallory and her team!

They actually had a good stock of xs sizes, it's rare to find these sizes in the adult men clothing line. It's usually a little pricey, but there was a good sale happening to compensate for that. The racks were kept in good and organized condition and the staff was nice.

Phenomenal staff and always well stocked. Lifelong customer of Am Eagle. Store is always clean and spacious. Great sales going on all the time. Love this store.

5 stars for Dakota!!! For all women who understands body changes and new clothes to fit that body, you need to go in and see Dakota. She was so helpful and patient. I left extremely happy.

I have a complicated build and Zoe was such a great help! She was so nice and extremely helpful, she brought out multiple sizes and was so kind. If y’all need help, look for her!
