This is a very pleasant store with helpful clerks. Not like the malls. Here you find nice kind helpful people.

I ordered a cashmere sweater online, only to get an email it was no longer available. After numerous calls to the 800 number, plus to stores that seemed to have it in stock but did not, I tried the Sacramento store. Sue could not have been more helpful—her store did not have it either, but she offered to call other stores that might. Not only did she find one, all the way back east in Kentucky, she had them hold it and then she called me back with all the info, all of this in the midst of one of the busiest sales days of the year. Just superb service!

I got the best dress ever! True to the talbots high standard this is a classic dress style in modern cut & fabric! I love love it
