AT&T Store

I just had a wonderful experience. Mike helped me out immediately and his assistant manager Gina was quick to help when needed. I got a great deal because I am a nurse and I traded in my iPhone 12. Mike answered all my questions clearly.
The store was clean, the Saturday NFL football game was on, and both Mike and Gina had a good sense of humor.
I will be back once my new phone arrives.

Came in with a question, but it ended up being an online only offer so not something in store could help with. However, Justin went above and beyond tracking down all the info possible for me. We went step by step through the system seeing if we could could it to apply and gave me the face to face customer experience you want went dealing with the dreaded phone bill. Not only was his in-person customer service skills top notch, but after I left he continued to look into it and reached out to provide me even more helpful information that set me on a better path than phone support. In the end, Justin was able to help me keep the best plan possible and I greatly appreciated his effort.

Xavier is an amazing consultant,helped me out when 2 other stores couldnt. He heard my issues and resolved them and I walked out of the store with Exactly what I wanted! 10/10 Service! I just wished he worked everywhere I do business!

After having some trouble with the system, Xavier was extremely helpful and reassuring that we would leave satisfied. He answered all our questions and gave helpful suggestions for the future.

I always get excellent customer service when I come here. I am willing to drive across town to avoid the atrocious behavior of a young lady at the Folsom Blvd location. Thank you Kai and Xavier!

Needed a new sim card. Was helped as soon as I walked in. No upsale or pressure, just service. You should approach from the fair oaks Blvd side rather than Howe Ave. I had to do some navigating.

I will say the process to resolve a billing/device issue did take awhile, but I think that’s characteristic of ATT. Even with that being said, Justin and the manager Omar were very kind, patient and helpful. With some patience on my end as well, I was able to walk out with the issue resolved and never felt like I was being rushed to get out the door, even with other people who were waiting. Just good, quality customer service that made it an easy process

Really great place. Didn’t wait to long, bout 5-10 mins. And the sales rep was great.

10/10. Kai was very knowledgeable and was determined to resolve the issues caused by our previous carrier. He and other staff members that assisted made sure that everything was fixed and we wouldn't have to do anything ourselves. Definitely a team worth praising.

I was helped by Justin, who went above and beyond to make sure my account was set up and he had excellent follow up to make sure my data on my account was working as expected. He made sure he escalated the issues as needed to make sure all issues were resolved. Excellent customer service and I don’t think I’ll ever do things online for AT&T after receiving the awesome service I received.

Richard was beyond helpful when it came to answering any question in regards to my new iPhone. He took his time to assist in helping me upgrade my cloud storage to successfully transfer all data over to my new phone, he the, Recommended the correct charging device, screen, and screen protector. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with AT&T and he changed my opinion around when it comes to receiving help in store. Such a great person & sales person, thank you, Richard!

Came back to this store to receive the transparent and honest service from Omar whom helped me (08/28) the day prior with some questions. Afterwards I visited a second location near the mall to see if they had an iphone in stock. Their staff didn’t seem to know what they were talking about regarding my phone trade in upgrade and seemed rather young and inexperienced.

I came back the next day (08/29) to speak with Omar who settled everything and from then on Chris helped me activate and set up my new phone. He answered all my questions about the new device I was getting and made the process so easy ! Best decision to come back to this store to get help. Great team and great customer service. I also left with an appointment to have AT&T internet installed. Can’t wait to make the switch. Thanks again Omar and Chris! *****

Employees are so helpful. Came in and upgraded my father in law and mother in-laws cell phones. Got watches. Got service set up for their business and they were able to upgrade his house service and kept the price the same. The manager Gerardo was pleasant, helpful and he and the other employees walked my father in law through the whole process. I will recommend this store and these employees to anyone and everyone I know. And we will definitely be back for any AT&T needs that we have now and in the future.

So I attempted to transfer my data from my iPhone 8 to my new awesome iPhone 13 mini at home. The directions seemed easy enough but since my wifi isn’t the best connection I got partially threw it and couldn’t finish the job. So I went in to the AT&T store and was helped by (Justin) to get my iPhone 8’s data transferred to my new phone. He was super chill and very helpful. He flawlessly got the job done and I went on my way with my new iPhone 13 mini working perfectly with all my data transferred. Happy customer fo sho! I walked in frustrated and walked out relaxed and super happy to have a completely operational iPhone 13 mini 😃

Xavier at the University Village Store did an excellent job in assisting me in programming my new IPhone. Also he made sure my phone was up and running before I left his store. ThanksXavier for the excellent customer service

Jordan and Cyndi handled a complicated situation with ease and finesse. They were very sincerely friendly and got us hooked up with a great deal. Cyndi was very sweet and Jordan was letting her handle a new situation without taking over while remaining available for help where she needed it (great management style). They were also very patient with my grandmother who had a lot of questions. We will make sure to come back to this store for any of our future cell phone needs. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

Richard Y the Sales Rep was very helpful, patient, and kind. Also, stayed open late in order to get my husband’s and i phones working. We could not ask for a better service! Highly recommend!

After spending more than two days with over 8 hours on the phone to add lines and upgrade my account, I had to go into the store to fix the issues created by the phone reps. I've had my Samsung 8 with AT&T for years and finally decided to upgrade. By upgrading, the phone rep changed my number. By adding a prepaid account to become a postpaid, that number was also changed. I was told to go into the store to request a transfer once I received the phones. Once in the store, I found out that a fraud alert was placed on my account and their records showed that I have only been a customer since 2021. Since I opened the account with the Galaxy 8 brand new, that record was wrong. Anyway, thankfully, Chris was patient. From 9a-1:20p, yes nearly 4 and 1/2 hours that I wasn't expecting and I'm sure he wasn't, he was able to continuously get the fraid alert removed, get my regular phone number back, and fix the issues with the other added phones. AT&T should be paying me for the amount of time and the massive issues that occurred. Nevertheless, I'm glad that the right store rep approached me because that was a lot of work. As of now, thanks to Chris at the Fair Oaks store, the problems are resolved.

Omar was the gentleman who assisted me today and has in the past. He is always considerate, efficient, and consistent in his service. I tried to take care of my Internet connection problems with ATT on line. I opted for an online chat, agreed to a short wait , was disconnected and immediately received a text message to fill out a survey on the Excellent Service I received. !! If I hadn’t had Omar’s help I would have canceled all ATT accounts. I was prepared to go to Verizon and after working with Omar I am committed to stay with ATT. He deserves recognition and a Big Raise . You don’t want to lose this employee.
