Excellent service by Muhammad. Since the moment you walked in, he make you feel welcome, he listened to my issue, took action right away with absolute knowledge of what he was doing, and helped me solve the problem immediately. I can see on him someone who cares about his customers owning the issue from beginning to end. Thank you Mohammed for exceeded my expectations.

So I ran into an issue with AT&T turning my phone off before certain dates and when that happened, I literally had to find a store to remedy the issue. With me being military, most of the guys I served with switched to Verizon for better service and coverage so why not? Issue was I went to the wrong store when I ported the phone numbers over. Buttttt the guys here took care of us and made sure we had service before we left the store. I recommend talking to Armando and Ricardo because they know they’re stuff. Thank you guys :).

Great phone service, but like anywhere else, setting one up takes (what seems like too much) time...

I enjoyed my visit yesterday. I typically don't like going into the store because it can be such a wait but I got in early yesterday. I ended up with a wonderful sales rep Autumn. My phone wouldn't take any incoming calls and she continued to work on it with me until the issue was solved. Thanks Autumn and I hope to run into you again. 😃

My wife and I stopped in to upgrade our phones to the new Samsung S22 Ultra 512GB and Muhammad helped us right away. He explained they did not have that one in stock but could order it for us and then once we get our phones to bring them in and he will set them up. Muhammad also hooked us up with cases, screen protectors and charges. We are very happy with the customer service and neatness of the store we would definitely recommend.

I went in needing help with my rebate and Carlos stopped everything he was doing to assist us, he even did it for (with) us. I really appreciated it. While there, he taught me some tips about my phone too- Happy !!

We purchased new phones last year and the customer service representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. Earlier this week, I bought an iPad online from Verizon. After encountering problems with the online purchase, I went into the store where Greg, the manager, resolved the issue with the purchase in a few minutes. This store has excellent customer service.

Customer service was great. They were able to assist and help answer my questions regarding 5G and also helping me pay less on a postpaid plan + student discount. I was able to change plans during this visit as well as get 5G finally. Can't wait to expect how fast 5G will be globally.

My husband and I both purchased phones at this location. We arrived right before closing. Some things were not explained upon purchasing. They automatically applied $17 Verizon protect Plan per phone without mentioning it. Then I didn't understand some of the charges. We went back the very next day. The manager took the time to go over everything with us and took care of all the unapproved charges, refunded our returns (phone covers and 1 phone) and applied credits to us where needed. I will go back for future needs.

Came in today, and there were several folks sitting around who did not greet me! I seen one woman working with a customer but the others just sitting. I seen chauncey one of the workers walk in the room and I asked him for help, he was very helpful and polite and was a pro!!! Thanks my friend, you made it a great experience. Management ,please reward folks like this!!!Chauncey your the man! Thx!!!!

Carlos was soooo helpful and explained all of the necessary information I needed to know about my plan and getting a new phone and all that entails with such clarity!

We placed an order online and picked it up in the store. The sales rep Giuolo and manager Greg were very welcoming. They helped me get setup and made me aware of further support options from home. I highly recommend this store to anyone. They know how to treat a customer.

I would have to say top 10 best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Definitely #1 as far as service providers go. The staff was super friendly and resolved a problem that I have wasted a total of 5+ hours trying to resolve in 30 minutes. You can truly see their smile through their masks :).

I visited this Verizon store a few days ago (April 2022) and had a great experience, as I customarily do at all Verizon Wireless stores! Eliceo is the salesman that helped me and my wife...and he is TERRIFIC!!!

(And no, this is not some paid review or scam or anything. I am just a regular Verizon customer who enjoys sharing great experiences I've had in hopes that I can help others in some way).

Eliceo is extremely honest and straightforward, attentive, detail oriented, personable, and very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and exceptional in his customer service skills, and just a true professional in every sense!

He always goes above and beyond to help me as he does with all the customers. (I know because I've observed him while in the store). And UNLIKE some salespeople, Eliceo is NOT pushy and overbearing. He is just so refreshing and pleasant to do business with. Additionally he is very knowledgeable and offers intelligent suggestions tailored to each individual!

If you are going to purchase a phone, need help, etc.....Eliceo is one of THE BEST people to go to, hands down. A few last things: The other two salespeople that were in the store when we were there are also very nice and very knowledgeable as well. Additionally...this store has a nice huge selection of phones and tablets, and accessories, Otterboxes, etc.!
(I know bc I looked around during a very short wait for my turn to be seen).

If you have any complex issues that you just want to scream, go see MANUELA. She is very empathetic a great listener and will help to fix your billing and promo issues you're having. I was litterally done with verizon till she helped. Verizon you need to thank her as i was ready to arbitrate!

Sheila is the best, go see her and she will always go above and beyond to help. Great person and always willing to help. Excellent service and customer satisfaction. 4 phones 1 tablet and smart watch. Highly recommend to ask for her when you go.

The customer service at this location is awesome! I spoke to Christian. Very knowledgeable and fast. I got everything that I was looking for at this location. I ordered new android phone, direct bill pay and a nice phone cover.
