Ace Hardware Lake Nona

I love this location! It's such a different service level than at the big box stores.

My latest experience was shopping for the perfect grill. Wes spent a lot of time answering questions and offering recommendations, even helping me order my new grill. I'm very appreciative of Wes and this Ace Lake Nona team.

Stopped in some finishing nails and was immediately greeted upon entering and asked what looking for and the older, taller gentleman (sorry didn't catch the name) walked me over to them talked about what was looking for and squared me away quickly. Jake on the register was great, asking great follow-up questions on projects in the future I'm planning, even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for. Will return for future projects.

Let me just say I do not want to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s anymore. This place is amazing. The people are extremely helpful. Jake helped me out today. It’s never really crowded. You don’t have to go look for someone for help so organize I wouldn’t recommend any place else.

Love their Holiday display

The trees in Christmas Shop are really something to see. The person that decorated the trees did an amazing job.

I really like Ace.....just wish it was closer to me. The store is always organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. This location is no exception.

Absolutely First Class! Like hardware stores use to be. Personal attention that is from people who will be there next time, will willingly tell you everything you need to know. They assembled this Bad Boy and brought it to my house. These guys and gals at Ace know what they are talking about and try to make sure you walk out of the store with what you need. It’s truly like the Hardware of old. “ACE is the place!”

These folks really live up to their marketing about being knowledgeable in their merchandise. An ACE salesman had expert knowledge of propane gas fittings and guided me to make the right purchase for my needs. I would never have encountered that expertise at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Awesome location - always clean and organized with the MOST helpful people. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Even going above and beyond to help me with extra research when i wasn't sure what I needed and carrying heavy awkward items out to my car.

Their Christmas section is amazing!! What a beautiful collection of Christmas decor!!! Worth the trip just to go see everything. However, not sure how anyone could leave empty handed

First class store and customer service. Staff are friendly and professional. Their Stihl product service center is too notch as well. On a recent visit, Jay repaired my Stihl Power equipment while I waited and has me back on the job the same day. Can't say enough good things about this store and it's staff. Superior customer experience compared to the big box stores!

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. While they can not compete in price with the large box retail home improvement stores, they make up for in knowledge and helpfulness. I prefer to spend a little more when getting correct information, the first time, the value is time saved in not having to go back because got wrong part. Overall my first place to visit when need advise of suggestions on a project.

I love coming to this Location. Very pleasant and professional staff. The Stihl mechanic is a great guy and very helpful. I have purchased lots of Stihl equipment from them and was very satisfied with the help and attentiveness of the staff. Definitely would continue to buy from them and have my Stihl equipment serviced there.
