WOW …. What a wonderful store. I love it. Must be the most beautiful HOME DEPOT in California Simi Valley Location.

IN and Out fast staff on top of things. 5 STARS all day :-)

Way less people and this is by far the best, most organized Home Depot I been to so far. Since this Home Depot location is literally across the street from my work office, I put in my order for in-store pickup here. I also had to get a bag for my Rigid vacuum so I went inside the store to get my vacuum bag first. There was no one at the self checkout line so I was able to go straight to the register. After I paid for my vacuum bag, I went to the Customer Service area to pick up my order. At first I was confused because they really didn't tape out where you line up. But since they weren't busy, someone saw me and help me. There many parking here because it's in a plaza so you won't have any issues here. I saw only 3 curbside pickup spots next to the store so I don't know if there more spots.

Mike Jazzmine deserves all the kudos and rewards you can give him. Without a doubt the best service and attitude we have encountered at home depot. Cheerfully Shepard thank you. us thru the store after analyzing our needs, suggested an alternative to our idea that worked beautifully. Plus got us checked out with no wait.

My favorite thing about this Home Depot location is the trees in the parking lot that provide shade for your car. Easy to find a parking space, colorful garden section with shade cloth so the flowers aren't burned by our harsh summer sun, choice of several seed company choices on racks.

As a homeowner that enjoys doing most of my home improvement projects, I can't imagine starting them without a store that has everything I need to complete the job. Home Depot is my first choice for home and garden supplies, including on line shopping for cabinets and countertops.

Best customer service ever! I drive an hour to get to this particular location & it's worth it.

It was awesome there was an employee he wore glasses and had his nails painted black I forgot his name but he was so helpful in helping me choose which Milwaukee tool to get. I would recommend this Home Depot.

Good sales good prices one stop shop for building fixing or repairing

I had to make an exchange for a sprayer that was malfunctioning a week after I bought it. Pam at customer service made the process very easy. I looked for a new one to exchange but none were on the shelf but Pam was able to find that they did indeed have one left in stock. Thanks Pam!

My dad always comes here to get stuff for his construction company. It’s a very big store and I enjoy going there with him.

This was the best Home Depot I have ever been to. A gentleman named Foad asked if he could help me as I was looking for storage bins. I told him I really needed a great price for my project. Foad helped me find the best price Home Depot could offer. What he didn’t know was that I need to do some quick moving and organizing for a family member that fell ill. It was a huge help. He was so kind. So thankful for this store and Foad at the customer service desk.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful here but tonight we had an exceptionally wonderful experience with one of the employees. James B. helped us at the Customer Service Desk and he went above and beyond, spending 20 plus minutes to fix the issue we had. He was extremely patient, so kind, and took the initiative to ensure that we got our money back. He honestly deserves Employee of the Month, if not, Employee of the Year, for being so amazing with the customers. Thank you again for everything James!

Was so happy that this location color matched paint. We needed to paint a very small section in our bedroom. My husband took a paint chip from the wall and they were able to match the color perfectly. It was nice not having to buy a big can of paint. The sample size was just right!
